Hi, my name is Victor Palacios and I started this business back in 2015. Thank God I am a self-made entrepreneur in 2015. I started off with little of nothing from zero it is something not everyone wants to experience because of the full effort and decisions you have to make to stay committed. Now it’s 2025, 2015 was a exclusivecutstrim and shave 2025 we rebranded exclusive men’s grooming, one of the best in Dallas Texas. I’m grateful to be in this business for 10 years. I have been in the industry for 15 years more than a decade , we have build up a strong foundation with our customers. I also created some of the best, Grooming, Service, and this barber shop not just getting a haircut, but the whole experience of a men’s grooming, spa, where you get your hair wash condition and hairstyle,beard prep before a beard shave or trim. All of our customers are very satisfied we are a total of six staff. Great experience barbers that are waiting for you to come get the best service quality and attention to detail. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some of the struggles that I had were shortage on investment very low customers, not enough income, and of course I was new to the business model. Those were my biggest struggles but after all, I decided to study more about my industry and business, and I also did my own research on marketing Which helped a lot so I was able to overcome those obstacles so can you!

Yes, I have met many good people in our barber shop customers that became good friends and also mentor me and gave me good advice. I surely appreciate with the help they would give me and they still do it today. One of the things that has worked well for me is to be a good listener and observe how other business entrepreneurs function their business models.
