Life & Work with Morgan Tower of Lantana/Argyle/Denton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan Tower.

Hi Morgan, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was originally licensed in MA and RI 20 years ago, but our family was relocated with my husband’s company in 2012. We had just purchased our first home, had a 1 year old son and was pregnant with my first daughter. Moving across the country, away from our entire family to a place we had only visited for 48 hours, was a wild ride. We felt like we were throwing a dart at a map, having no idea what area would fit us best. Thankfully in our search, our Realtor suggested we look into the master-planned community of Lantana. We had never heard of it, nor had anyone else we talked to, bit as soon as we drove in, we knew this was the place we had been searching for.

With 2 kids under 16 months and living in an area we were just learning, I focused my energies as a relocation specialist. My background in psychology and my 7 years working as a Realtor, I felt equipped to help
match clients and agents to best suit the situation and personality.
By the time I was expecting baby #4 and my oldest about to turn 5, I was itching to get back into servicing clients on buying and selling. I knew the area well, understood the market, and missed helping clients through the entire real estate process.
I am now an Associate Broker with eXp and absolutely love how my business has evolved.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I was first licensed as a single 22 year old in MA, and am now a 43 year old married mom of 4 living in TX- it has not always been a smooth road! The biggest struggles have been in rebuilding my business when relocating states, changing how my business runs as I continue to learn how to balance personal and professional worlds, and continuing to automate and update my business plan to thrive as the real estate business changes constantly.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in residential real estate sales- I tend to work in the luxury market, but also help clients with investment properties, as well as helping “right size” for their season of life.
My niche is counseling and guiding families adjust to their season of life. I am honored to be trusted in the changes that life brings- whether it’s upsizing due to a growing family or creating multi-generational space, upgrading to celebrate job growth, downsizing due to an empty nest, creating new space due to challenges such as divorce or loss of loved ones, searching for just the right location to help grandparents move closer to their babies, or to help find investment properties to build generational wealth. The privilege of that trust is never lost on me, and I am so grateful for it.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
My first brokerage was my second family, and I didn’t realize how special that supportive and encouraging environment was until I moved. I have been so lucky to work with great Brokers and Agents along the way. My time with eXp is unparalleled in regard to the professional growth and personal investment I have found here.
