Life & Work with Prince Armani of Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Prince Armani

Hi Prince, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My real estate journey began in 2015, sparked by a childhood fascination with houses and a later obsession with shows like Flip This House. While interning in insurance during my college years, a pivotal moment came when I realized my true passion.

Inspired by this revelation, I pursued my real estate license in 2016 and joined a prestigious Dallas firm. There, under the mentorship of Diane Ledford and Veronica Kuo, I learned invaluable lessons about the industry and the importance of compassion and support. Their guidance was instrumental in my early success both in my career and personal growth as they were prime examples of what love and selflessness looked like.

As my career progressed, I worked with Nick Bristow, a highly respected broker who provided invaluable support and mentorship. However, as much as I love working under him, I heard a growing calling to explore new opportunities despite my happiness and loyalty to Nick.

In response to this calling, I joined Kingdom Legacy, a real estate company founded by my friend and colleague, Ferrell Fellows. Despite initial hesitation, I followed what God was instructing me to do and transferred my license to the new firm. The instruction came so heavily upon me at 2 a.m. one morning; it happened so quickly, I didn’t even have time to say my proper goodbyes to those colleagues who were so important to me.

This transition marked a significant shift in my career, as I moved from a more affluent area, which I still serve, to a new and challenging market.

Through a combination of real estate expertise and faith-based principles, we’ve achieved remarkable results. We’ve successfully restored homes, provided affordable housing options, and addressed community challenges such as drug and prostitution. Our work has not only improved the physical environment but has also empowered residents and fostered a sense of hope.

As the associate broker at Kingdom Legacy, I’m proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to serving our community. We believe that real estate can be a force for positive change, and we’re committed to making a lasting difference.

If you’re looking to buy, sell, or lease property in the DFW area, more especially Fair Park, we invite you to contact our team. We’re passionate about helping you achieve your real estate goals while making a positive impact on your community

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
“My real estate journey has been far from easy, especially as a commission-only agent starting out. Balancing financial responsibilities with the uncertainty of income can be incredibly challenging. During a particularly difficult period, I faced extended dry spells that led to financial hardship. I even found myself living in my car at times.

When seeking temporary employment, I encountered additional obstacles due to my real estate background. It seemed as if many of these low way jobs wanted me to sell myself short. In response, to increase my chances of finding work, I decided to omit my real estate career from my applications. This strategy proved successful, and I was able to secure a temporary position that helped me weather the storm

I am now selling luxury properties and have a clientele base that has an appetite to grow their portfolio which keeps things flowing in my life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
One of my key strengths as a real estate agent is my positive and faith-based approach. I believe in the power of encouragement and perseverance. I work closely with my clients to help them overcome challenges, stay focused on their goals, and maintain hope in their dreams.

I’ve witnessed firsthand how faith, prayer, and hard work can lead to remarkable results, and I strive to help my clients achieve their own personal miracles

Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish and have served the Spanish speaking community from my very beginning.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I’m deeply grateful for the mentorship and support I’ve received from Diane Ledford, Veronica Kuo, Tara Deming, and Nick Bristow. Their unwavering belief in me and their willingness to share their knowledge and opportunities have been instrumental in my success. These people are the definition of selflessness and truly knew how to show love and support younger agents around them.

I’m also eternally thankful to my uncle Thomas, whose unwavering support and encouragement have been a constant source of inspiration. His belief in me has been a driving force throughout my career.

The combination of their support and my faith in God has helped me overcome challenges and persevere through adversity.”
