Hi Alyssa, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a mindset & manifestation mentor specializing in helping women become abundant in every area of their lives by teaching them embodiment and alignment in a way that makes sense for them. I’ve been a student of the mindset & metaphysical world for over 15 years and one thing I’ve noticed most is how a lot of teachers and mentors do it the same way, they speak the same way, use the same ideology and words. I am simply just don’t fit that mold and I refuse to let others deny themselves learning the power within them because they can’t comprehend the teachings.
I mentor from a place of helping you understand your own intuition and finding ways to become abundant that FEEL good. We don’t do cookie-cutter in my world.
Mental Mindset Musings have had me in a chokehold since 2006 – always in the new age section at Barnes & Noble, studying and learning all about ancient spiritual teachings & modern ideologies. I never felt like there was a clear path for me in that realm, so it stayed a hobby of mine allll throughout my life until I lost both of my parents within 6 months of each other when I was just 25. It lit a fire under my ass to start living for a living & showing other women how to do the same.
I had freedom burning in my soul – how can I help women understand their innate power? How can I show women that life is more than what they’re living?
I knew in my soul that there was a reason I was drawn to the metaphysical world – it wasn’t a coincidence, so I turned all my knowledge into helping women reclaim their inner power by understanding energetics, empowerment, and embodiment in a way that feels good for them.
You don’t have to be a dread-headed, plant-based, hairy, homemade dress-wearing woman to be connected to Zaddy Universe (I tried to be one of them for decades & it was like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole)
Because no one looked like me in the manifestation industry, talked like me, or had similar personality traits, I felt like an alien in every metaphysical room I walked in.
It bothered me knowing that women were walking this earth without learning the power within them because they didn’t feel safe or seen in those same rooms I didn’t feel aligned with.
I am a master manifester because I have embraced ALL of me – my sailor mouth, my goofiness, my prioritization of fun & joy, my love for the simple way of life, my humor, my wild spirit and old soul.
Authenticity is the highest frequency you can operate at – so when you become the most authentic version of yourself, you become a magnet for your desires (aka master manifester)
I teach women in a personalized way that supports WHO they are – not the cookie-cutter programs most people teach.
I show women how to connect back with their intuition so they can unlock all the answers within them.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint-hearted. One thing they. don’t tell you how much personal development is involved with entrepreneurship and how much you get to learn & unlearn about yourself.
When I first started, I was very concerned about what others would think of me; I was so concerned with making sure I did and said all the right things to get people to buy into ME. I had to build my self-worth, self-confidence, and self-love up to be so unshakable before the success came, and I was under the impression for years that it was success first and then confidence, but I was so wrong.

I have a mission to live in a world where we all BEcome better.
My mission and purpose stems from frustration in seeing others walk around living their lives so disconnected from themselves. When you’re disconnected from yourself, sickness forms, and we don’t come to earth to be sick from disconnection.
We come to earth to grow, evolve, and BEcome the version of ourselves who have it all – and that’s what I’m teaching others to do inside my business with my methods, knowledge, innate gifts, and wisdom.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Always listen to my intuition; if something feels right, then it is, and if something feels not for me, then it isn’t. I have found my lifelong mentors by just letting my intuition guide me into rooms where they are. I always suggest using discernment when networking and looking to build connections because we all have our own unique way of doing things and its when you can find like-minded people where the magic happens,
