Kevin, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My Father was an aviator, and he passed over his passion for flying to me and my brother. After graduating high school, I received my certificate for the Commercial Pilot. My first job was flight Instructing at a local Airport. Soon after, I was flying freight at Night and building my flight experience.
After a few years of relentless hard work and persistence, I was hired as a Co-pilot on a Luxury Private Jet for a family out of Dallas, Texas. My career advanced from this point as I traveled the World as a Pilot. My knowledge about Flying to the remote corners of the World increased with every trip that we took. In a matter of a few years, I had traveled to Africa, South America and Asia, Russia and many other countries. My thirst for knowledge led me to many more places and In finally In 2011, I decided to open my own Jet fuel and Trip-Support company.
Today, our offices are In London, Dubai, and Nairobi with the headquarters In Dallas, Texas.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Our biggest struggle is the international financial dealing for Jet Charter. These Jet Charters are In Thousands of USD and require the due-diligence of a detective. Most of the times the Jet Charter request is a last minute request and it takes a team of Legal Advisors at Icarus Jet to give their final “Yes” and approve the transactions. At Icarus Jet, it’s our primary role to make sure that our Crew and Aircraft are always safe.
We also make sure that the passengers are thoroughly vetted and that we are not flying a group who are barred from entering the USA or pose a threat of any kind. Getting all of this done before any departure is a task that needs years of expertise In private Jet Charter.
