Monica, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was a 14 years dental professional wanting a career change. I had freelanced as a makeup and lash artist for several years. So I decided to include skincare; one of the best decisions ever! I became an Esthetician and it’s been great.
Has it been a smooth road?
Definitely not! There are challenges…lows and highs daily in this industry, as well as being a business owner. One challenge is balancing being a wife, mother and a business owner/solo practitioner all at once. But I get it done!

Monica Tony Aesthetics & Skincare was established in 2016. We are a skincare studio located in Duncanville.
I am a Licensed Esthetician and skincare professional. I opened my boutique skincare studio Monica Tony Aesthetics & Skincare in 2016. I specialize in corrective facial skincare treatments, body waxing, and eyelash extensions. My most recent completed certification was Treating Multicultural Skin with Chemical Peels and Lasers with JoElle Lee. I would say I’m known for Enhancing Natural Beauty. As a company, we pride ourselves on being great all-around…our knowledge, quality work, attention to detail, and true passion for helping our clients feel better about their skin. My journey of continued education in the latest treatments and skincare ingredients is a huge part of my philosophy and success. I truly am Skin Obsessed, Forever Learning, and Loving What I Do…
