Today we’d like to introduce you to Robby Story.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
In 1997 tired of working nights, I starting working for a window cleaning company doing construction clean-up for new homes. I soon left that and started working for another window cleaning company. Working as a window cleaner after several months, people starting requesting only I clean their windows.

One customer insisted that I start my own company. She referred me to all her friends and that is how Great White Window Cleaning came about. I still clean her windows after all this time.

Has it been a smooth road?
Business did slow when the housing market crashed in 2007-2008. Window cleaning wasn’t a necessity so business got slow. Luckily things picked up.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
We clean both residential and commercial windows. What sets us apart from other companies is our customer service and attention to detail. I am particular about our work and the products used. I like to walk away from a job proud of the work accomplished that day. Almost all of the work is performed by me and I guarantee a long-lasting shine.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
It’s a good city there are always houses and buildings going up. Construction going on and windows that need to be cleaned. The market is a little over saturated with window cleaners but we still have plenty of work.
