Today we’d like to introduce you to Angela Christine.
Hi Angela, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Well, I grew up in, Brooklyn, New York. Prospect Place, between, Classon and Grand Ave. It was definitely the spot to live. I’ve always been infatuated with writing and acting, and it all started at the age of 5. That was when I did my first commercial for a record store that was big back in the ’70s called, Disco Mat. In high school, I was in the dramatic arts program for 4 years, and also, the first female that was on the football team, but they wouldn’t let me play. I went on to college after high school, where I received my degree in, business administration specializing In, customer service. I later went on to become an officer with the New York City Police Department, but my heart was always still with acting and writing. My first book, The Fireman was born in 2009, and the rest was history. I then later created 3 more novels. In 2015, I headed to the west coast and started working for, Fuzionz Magazine and TV, in which I would do interviews on the red carpet for the Soul Train awards, the B.E.T awards, and the Stellar Awards. I decided to create my own Magazine, and in January 2018, GrinderZZ 24/7 Magazine & Tv was born.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Well, I wouldn’t say I struggled, but I could say, there were a couple of obstacles I had to jump through to show different celebrities how professional I was and how great my magazine is, even though it wasn’t a huge magazine like the ones that sat at the newsstands. Once they saw my approach, it was easy peasy to get them into interview mode with MY magazine.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m an author with 4 books, C.E.O of, GrinderZZ 24/7 Magazine & Tv, and C.E.O of, AC PRODUCTIONS AND MANAGEMENT. I’m currently working on my 5th and 6th book, not to mention… my very own TV show called, The Ultimate Surprise show, with my co-star actress/director/producer/acting coach, Ms. Angela Gibbs. I’m extremely proud of everything I do, and how far I’ve come in this business. What sets me apart from others may be the fact that, when everyone is tired and they go to bed, I’m still awake, pushing more pages to type so I can get my book completed. The name says it all… I’m a part of the, GrinderZZ 24/7.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
You can’t trust everyone that smiles in your face, and the most important… ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR PROJECTS! Copyright them as soon as you finish them!
