Hi Krystal, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
My turning point occurred after spending years working in small settings, but doing powerful and mighty things to motivate, encourage and help others. I took the plunge to invest in myself and in an amazing coach. I connected with Dr. Shirley Clark & Clark’s Consulting Firm in 2021. Once I enrolled in her 90 Day Wealth Challenge and several other packages, my mindset changed, book opportunities were boosted, platforms for speaking engagements were opened, magazine features became available, and coaching certifications were completed.
Now as a publisher, podcaster, speaker, success coach, and author of “Made To Lead Millions” a multi-dimensional leadership book and coaching hub were developed for a diverse clientele. My passion and purpose surfaced as I became certified in business to help transform executives, ministerial leaders, and confidence seekers “from their what if,” to their “what is!”
I am the Leading Lady of Power of the Gospel Ministries, alongside my husband Pastor Redd. Together we inspire the masses, on the trailblazing “Power Lift Podcast”, as a part of the Positive Power XXI Christian Media, based out of Baltimore, MD.
2021 was a phenomenal year where five inspirational Amazon bestselling manuscripts were released “Made to Lead Millions,” “Jumpstart Your Mind”, “Success Chronicles, Volume One. You Define Your Own Success”, Let the Kingdomprenuer Speak”, and “Called to Intercede” all organic expositions of an authentic passion, for people.
Television appearances on “Late Nite with Sherida Lovelace”, The Red Room” with Shay Samuels, “My Journey with Paula G”, “Author Push” with Bre Smith, “Let the Scribe Speak” with Gale McKoy-George, and “The LaKeisha Mosley” Shows caused me to become more visible globally.
I was allowed to tell my story by being featured in “Shout Out Atlanta”, The Wealthy Coach”, “Head & Soul”, “Author Push” (cover feature), “Bookprenuer” (cover feature), “Biz CEO”, “Businesstry”, and “Women of Dignity” Magazines.
A new app appeared called Clubhouse and my voice helped frame the success of others as the Co-Founder of The Success Tank Club; also founding “Club-Campaign Comeback” where I lead people to recover from church and work hurt; finally, “Made to Lead Millions Club” inspired by my book to awaken the leader in you.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have had life-changing hurdles with covid, cancer, infertility, and much more. Triple Negative Breast Cancer was one of my most difficult battles that catapulted me right into my molting season! I lost all my hair, underwent surgeries, received chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and “God therapy” (scriptures and worship). I heard God say, “Although Breast Cancer is a Silent Killer you will not be a Silent Survivor!” This obstacle showed me that I had to not only preach the word but demonstrate faith with bold courage.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I have a BS degree in Accounting and have worked in corporate America for more than thirty years with over forty executive leaders. I am an evangelist who has been in ministry for 20 plus years. While working in both these arenas I experienced work hurt, church hurt, oppression, and disappointment which ignited my authoritative writings. I was able to share some of my comeback experiences in my book “Made to Lead Millions” which was released October 2021. These experiences caused me to pursue coaching certifications in life, business, and publishing. I am honored to say that “Made To Lead Millions” is an Amazon bestseller in the category of Church Leadership, an area where many female preachers receive opposition. Creativity is my specialty that sets me apart from the rest! Some areas that I excel in are writing, graphics, event designing, online courses, inspirational speaking, and persuasively guiding clients from their “What if to their What is” destiny!
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Summer vacations with my parents Erv and Gaynell Gainer were fun and educational! We would sing loud, stay in hotels, and be engaged in sight-seeing through many states that I will never forget.
