Check Out Tiffany West’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany West.

Hi Tiffany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Since I was a little girl, I loved helping out my mom and grandma with just about any and everything. My passion is being able to help anyone who needs it. Growing up I would randomly hear conversations from people needing help with things and I would offer my hand to help. I started customer service early when I was 12 and knew the value of being able to place smiles on people faces just by doing so. Who knew that I would be where I am today! I come from the medical field on the clerical side of things since 2013. In 2018 I became a practice supervisor which then turned into practice management with little to no experience but the knowledge and self-training is what put me in that position. I was constantly being there for patients that didn’t have a clue or answers when it came to certain aspects with their insurance, bills, etc. I knew then that I shouldn’t limit myself and my passion to just one thing. My husband and friends tell me all the time that I have a great personality and I am a people person. My husband added motivation on how I can use my passion for helping people by educating buyers and sellers fully and not just treating them like they are a number and being with them every step of the way. That’s when I decided to become a REALTOR®. I love being able to walk my clients through the entire home buying or selling process, providing valuable knowledge and information at each step, also being available for them even at the oddest of times because we all know how busy life can get. Attending additional trainings and staying up to date in the market and just knowing that I can make a difference in someone else’s life is definitely worth it all!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Transitioning from the corporate world to being self-employed hasn’t been all rainbows and sunshines. It takes a strong support system to be there along the way with you. Having my husband, kids and friends support me while I became a full-time REALTOR® has been a blessing. The biggest challenge is not having a 2-household income anymore, but we make it work! It’s less wants than needs now which sometimes can be a challenge, however, the rewards of being there for people is far more greater. Being self-employed is a lot of time, energy, long hours, and sacrifices. In order to continue to be successful you have to believe in yourself, your dreams, and what you’re accomplishing in real estate and in people lives.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
As a REALTOR® I bring a strong passion and determination to ensure that my clients achieve their Real Estate goals through a seamless experience. Having to sell your own home can be stressful, so I’m there to help list and sell your property for top dollar by using a comparative market analysis to estimate the value of your property against similar ones that’s in the same area. I also handle multiple offers and negotiations. If you’re buying a new home or another one I’m there for my clients to walk them thru the process while educating them along the way. For those who are not in the market just yet but are looking to buy, I’m there to answer your questions or get you in touch with someone who knows the answer if it’s not in my expertise. During our free consultation, I go into detail on how I can be of service to you. You don’t have to go into making one of the biggest decision of your life alone, I am here before, during and after the process and looking forward to seeing you excited to fulfill your Real Estate goals.
