Hi Walter, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I’m Civil Engineer from Venezuela; when I we came to this country (my wife and I) 6years ago nobody call me to hire me as Project manager (nobody had background check from me at that time) so I decided to open a remodeling/construction company which I had to start working with my own hands, I was trying do the best quality for customers, after that we have our first son which is a blessing and 2 years later we had our second boy which is even better. We came to this country to follow the rules, to learn the language, the culture, etc., etc. We are super great full with US with Texas and Dallas to open the doors for us. Thank you to everyone.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We’ll work for yourself in construction it is hard, but I had to do it, but find the right guys who wants to do the right thing it was super hard.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I used to build buildings, shopping mall centers, townhouses in Venezuela; here is something that eventually I would like to do But in the meantime, I’m doing a lot of houses remodeling fireplaces walls, accent walls, Polyaspartic, epoxy, pérgolas Covered patios, at this time I’m able to remodel the entire house, also we do Polyaspartic for commercial purposes.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I would like my name will be very well known about customers; when they recommended me, they know that the job it will be properly handled. I would like at that point have a lot of employees well trained and committed with my name represents, at least for me, honesty, morality, ethics, etc.
