Hi Lisa & Emily, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
One central theme of our story is: we are Realtor founded and Realtor focused! We started out in real estate as a realtors for Ebby Halliday and learned the industry from the best mentors we could have asked for. We subsequently opened our own brokerage and used the lessons learned from our decades on the ground as realtors to create Willow Bend Title, a truly realtor-focused model. We view every decision through the lens of our realtor-partners and strive to help realtors reach the pinnacle of their career. Our realtors love being on autopilot with us!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Every road to success is paved with obstacles! One of the struggles we faced was during the COVID-19 pandemic. The changing world landscape forced us to rethink a traditionally in-person, paper-based industry. With the introduction of social distancing restrictions, we saw an opportunity to implement new software and procedures to conduct e-closings. While COVID restrictions have since been lifted, the utilization of our modern closing software and app have remained and continue to be a huge part of our convenient closing experience.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Willow Bend Title?
Willow Bend Title prides itself on being a realtor-minded agency – our motto is “Realtor Founded, Realtor Focused.” Every system and process we implement always has the realtor and their client’s convenience in mind. From the use of our closing app (which acts as an encrypted communication portal, document storage, closing update medium, etc.) to offering mobile and remote closings, we do a fantastic job of alleviating the pressures our realtors face when it comes to the closing process!
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
We are firm believers in Ronald Reagan’s style of leadership: surround yourself with great people, delegate authority, and get out of the way!
