Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It hasn’t been smooth but it’s not supposed to be. The joys and pains, ebbs and flows are all that makes the experience memorable. Keep God first and learn to relax. Talk less and listen more. Love what you do and have pride in yourself and your work and it will show.

For good reason, society often focuses more on the problems rather than the opportunities that exist, because the problems need to be solved. However, we’d probably also benefit from looking for and recognizing the opportunities that women are better positioned to capitalize on. Have you discovered such opportunities?
Now more than ever, there are but that doesn’t mean that there are enough. Until the numbers show about even, we will continue to strive to get them there.
