Having been friends for over 20 years, it seemed natural for them to go into business together. They want to build a relationship with their clients that are just as strong.
After spending nearly 14 years in the legal field, Holly now has begun a journey to help others achieve the most commonly sought after dream… owning a home!
Reshma understands the importance of finding the right home in the right area. Her family was blessed to have a great realtor to help them when they moved here from California and this is her chance to pass along that blessing to her clients.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Nothing is ever smooth, right? Holly found out that she was pregnant one month after getting her real estate license! That blessing was challenging to our business, and we worked through it like champions. Every struggle should be a learning experience and at the end of the day, should be inventoried as just that. What did we learn from each and every challenge that day? What could we have done better?
Our advice would be to not be afraid to ask questions. This business is constantly changing and shifting.
Knowledge is power and it is better to ask questions if you do not know the answer than to lead someone down the wrong path.
Do not question your worth. You are worth every penny you earn. Your time is money and does not discount your value.

Our number one goal is to make sure that our clients are educated in the home buying and selling process. We do not want them to feel confused or frustrated at all. We want to encourage them to feel comfortable and confident that they are making the most informed decisions.
Do you have a lesson or advice you’d like to share with young women just starting out?
Be true to yourself and be authentic. Be strong and laser focused. Write down your goals and look at them daily. Acknowledge your achievements and celebrate life!
