Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Cedano.
Hi Anthony, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I relocated to Dallas in March of ‘18 without knowing anyone; a leap of faith. I met a someone who is now a close friend and mentor of mine who encouraged me to pursue my Real Estate License because she was in Real Estate. She is in the same industry and saw my interest and potential. Shortly thereafter, I joined her newly launched brokerage and quickly became a top producer in the apartment leasing side of the business. Shortly thereafter, I decided to pivot and join the top Independent Brokerage in North Texas, Rogers Healy and Associates, where that trend continues.
Looking back, moving to a brand-new city I knew nothing about, was a turning point in my life. It took courage, vulnerability, and absolute trust in myself and the Lord above. I am thankful AND grateful for that big life decision every day; it has forever changed my path in life. Real Estate is not only my career, but my true calling. I have also been blessed enough to have a professional modeling career with The Campbell Agency, primarily doing print modeling, right here in Dallas.
I have the opportunity to also incorporate my lifestyle habits of fitness into my professional career. I am a fitness instructor at F45 Training Studios. I love the community, training, and most importantly the members and people I meet and create relationships with. In all my lines of work there is one consistent factor. That is PEOPLE and that is my passion!!
Besides work, I enjoy trying new restaurants/lounges, visiting green spaces across the metroplex and supporting local sports teams. I love Dallas for the cultural melting pot it has become. All these things have shaped who and what I’ve become today as a person and a professional.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t. One of the biggest challenges have been self-doubt, did I make the wrong decision getting into this career. The more I’ve been able to experience the more I know I made the right decision betting on myself.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with Rogers Healy and Associates! I specialize in Residential Sales and Multi-family lease ups also known as Apartment Locating. I am most proud of the sustainable business practice I have built and continue to build through my client referral partnerships. What sets me apart from others, I believe, is that I am very engaging. I want to know more about what makes my clients happy through their hobbies, interests, life goals and everything else in between. Finding commonalities between my business and their interests and how we can collaborate for both parties to be successful creates a great dynamic.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
I have! Being comfortable with situations that you are not familiar with by focusing on what you have. PERSPECTIVE IS KEY!!!
