Today we’d like to introduce you to Dina Elsaid.
Hi Dina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
My interest in Real Estate started in my home country Egypt when my dad was in the market there to buy a few properties. He included me in every step, and it was a very eye-opening and insightful experience. Even though the Real Estate market in Egypt is different than in the USA, but there are a lot of similarities.
After moving to the States 11 years ago and starting shopping for my first house, I fell in love with the entire process. From house hunting to negotiation and finally closing.
Being a realtor is a rewarding career that allows me to help people find their dream homes, investment properties or sell their current properties.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The road has not been smooth, but I am blessed to work with an amazing and supportive team at North Texas Top Team Realtors. Melissa Hailey, our broker, is a great mentor and educator. I am a single mom of two beautiful children, so there are some days that are hard to juggle everything all together, but I have the determination to make it work.
I always remind myself that setbacks and challenges are a natural part of any career path, and it’s how I handle them that ultimately defines my success. When faced with difficulties, I try to stay focused on my goals and seek out support from my team and mentor.
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a Realtor with North Texas Top Team Realtors. I specialize in residential real estate in the DFW area, specifically Collin County. I help clients who what to buy, sell or rent properties. I also have other resources and a list of trusted vendors to help my clients throughout the transaction and even after.
The most important thing to me and what sets me apart is the continuous service I offer the people and building strong life-long relationships with my clients.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Consistency and letting go.
Consistency helps me build trust with my clients and establish a strong reputation in the real estate industry. By consistently providing exceptional service, I can create a loyal client base that will help grow your business through referrals and repeat business.
Letting go is a valuable skill for a realtor to have. Sometimes deals fall through, or clients decide to go with another realtor, and it can be difficult to let go of these disappointments. However, it’s important to remember that not every opportunity will work out and to remain positive and focused on the next opportunity that comes your way.
