Hi Erin, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Today, I love to say I’m an Artist. An Artist weaving love into the world. I just love the freedom that creates for me to change and grow over time. I’m big on that. Creating freedom for yourself and learning who you are at any age and in any stage of life. I have a business/brand based all around that.
Sharing messages and experiences through art is what I truly love to do.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Has it been a smooth road? Oh Yes at times and in moments for sure. It’s definitely felt smooth and safe. And also, at times and in moments it’s absolutely felt like the complete opposite. That’s just the world we live in, right? We all go through things. This is why I’m pretty devoted in doing the things I love to do when the road is feeling smooth (like eating foods that work for my body, working out, meditating, being in nature, etc) so that when and if I don’t feel so great or things just don’t seem so great, I can move through these situations with more ease or with a better understanding that it’s just a moment (or a bump in the road) and it will pass. That’s just inevitable.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
The work that I do is all based around health and wellness and really just becoming more self-aware. As a reiki practitioner and someone who is very big on energy, I love to incorporate spiritual practices into my work and I use different art forms like singing/songwriting, storytelling, visual art, and writing to express this. I just love to put good energy out into the world. So, I’m devoted to that.
