I understand that tax time can be very stressful, and we (TFC Tax Financial) are here to put that stress to rest! Feel free to contact us for all of your tax needs.

Where it all started:

Born and raised in Memphis Tennessee, having come from a world of poverty and hustle has allowed me to seek better opportunity, by making informed decisions moving to a state where it was easier to get out of poverty. This has helped me understand the measures of taxation on a state and federal level; All in all, becoming more knowledgeable and aware of ways to move forward to creating a better life for myself while helping others.

I was taught by my mother how to prepare a basic tax return at the age of 15 (manually), where we then mailed in returns only. The Internal Revenue Service had no e-filing system at that time. Ha! Can you imagine that? Being exposed to numbers at such an early age gave me a sense of direction toward my future. By sophomore High School, I enrolled in Accounting I and followed until Senior year in which I completed Accounting III. Although I mastered each level, I did not pursue my career in the subject. Being young, immature, and not having a thorough understanding of my purpose, led me to feel constantly bored, feeling empty, like life had no meaning. The lack thereof, led me to a very haphazard life with no sense of direction at all, at times affecting my mental wellbeing and others around me. Moving forward, after having experienced these emotions for years and years, I eventually realized it was time for a change and growth. It was time to make a difference in my life so that I can effectively help change the lives of others.

My Mission:

Having a purpose-filled life in which I can have a positive impact on the lives of others by educating them to become more knowledgeable, productive, and successful. I want to help low to middle-class individuals develop, implement, and monitor a strategy that’s designed to address their individual and business needs. I believe in thinking outside of the box. I am not afraid to challenge social statuses of how we feel, think, and act to make us feel rich.

Need help with understanding taxation? Your career path? A Role Model? Or maybe just a little motivation. Feel free to contact me https://tfctaxfinancial.com. You will be glad you did! This is my story and I’m sticking to it.

-Tracey Y Davis

CEO, The File Clerk Tax & Financial Services

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road all the time. Some of my struggles have included lack of funding, at times difficulty balancing growth and quality, feeling anxious about the future, and founder dependence (letting go of certain decisions and responsibilities as my business grows).

As you know, we’re big fans of The File Clerk Tax & Financial Services. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My firm specializes in Tax Savings Strategies and Financials of Individuals and Business owners, helping them legally reduce their Tax Liability. We were established as a tax preparation business in 2018, in Irving Texas, and has expanded our services since then. Depending on one’s financial goals and needs, we supplement our firm with other services that we can offer year-round. We offer tax planning, bookkeeping, business formation, precise tax education, and notary public services. I am most proud that my vision for my brand’s growth in affecting the lives of others is coming to past. I am also proud that a simple act of faith, being forever trainable, valuing my associations that are beneficial to my industry, preserving the struggles that come with being a business owner, and allowing myself to become more experienced and knowledgeable of my field has increased my brand’s quality; having allowed others to become great leaders, creating their very own Tax & Financial services brand. My brand offers precise Tax Education to new and existing Tax Professionals. Teaching our students how to become effective Tax Business Professionals and Leaders. We also educate and update our clients on new and existing tax laws that may affect their tax returns.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
Educating my clients about how taxes will affect their future more than their “now’ matters to me most. Knowing how your choices can affect your bottom line when it comes to money is extremely vital to me. Making life easier for others in its correct form is a key ingredient in the social contract between citizens and the economy, helping us achieve the common goal of a prosperous, functional, and orderly society.
