Hi Nicolette, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello, I’m Nicolette from Dallas,Tx, owner of Serenity & Success. Prior to this, I was in the financial industry doing credit repair. I was starting to get overwhelmed trying to balance everything out while working my full-time job. I started trying to seek solutions and learned about automations. In a course I took, it was taught as a bonus, and I immediately became intrigued. I watched the replay and implemented the steps to see if it would work for me. It did! I was so excited because it came to me easily, and I already had a passion for organization. I started to automate and systemize my business. I then began to help friends save time in their businesses by automating theirs as well. I realized that systems and automations gave me a feeling of independence and time freedom. I wanted other women to get that same feeling because we work so hard most times. I liked credit repair, but I loved automations. The passion and the purpose was there for me. I decided to pursue it as a business, and it became my primary focus. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to help women work less and earn more through automated systems and strategies.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not! I’ve lost business partners, money, dealt with grimy business coaches, and it hasn’t been easy. I’ve also learned to find joy in the journey. I appreciate every obstacle and what it has taught me.

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite memories is growing up watching my favorite shows on Thursdays. So, on Thursdays, they had The Cosby Show and Different World on back-to-back. Those were my favorite shows, so I would always record them so I can memorize the lines and the scenes lol. I would always have some good snacks too! I literally didn’t have a care in the world on Thursdays.
