CoreLyfe Naturals literally started at the core for me. My lifestyle ultimately transitioned into my business. Being a professional athlete, I was always looking for ways to maintain my weight for my position. Changing my eating habits, dieting, fasting, and even working out were all essential to me trying to maintain my weight. It was just never enough. I was introduced to alkaline herbs by a former teammate that pinpointed the start of a change. I fell in love with all of the research, newly discovers, and differences my body was starting to feel. Not only did these alkaline herbs help me, but as I introduced them to my family, they helped them as well. The more benefits I saw in myself as well as others, I started introducing more alkaline and holistic herbs. What started off as just sea moss, elderberry, and soursop has now transitioned to a variety of sea moss products such as sea moss gels, sea moss capsules, herbal teas, and elderberry syrup, maca root, ashwaghanda, and the list continues to grow!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Of course, the road has not been smooth, but it has definitely been worth the ride! There have not been many “real” struggles that I’ve had to overcome. There has been a couple though. Being intentional with the sourcing of my products and the herbs has been my most challenging aspect. I pride myself on the quality, authenticity, and value of all of the herbs and products that CoreLyfe Naturals provide. Sometimes, that may cause the production or the restock of my products to take longer, but I want to be sure that I’m providing nothing but the best for the people that I am servicing.

The best advice for finding a mentor/networking that I could provide is to not be afraid. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Don’t be afraid to sell your products.
