Hi Derrick, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Well, I am from San Diego Ca I grew up playing basketball and I was a young phenom around the age of 10. I became distracted with video games and didn’t take basketball as serious as I should have. I played some college ball and then I found my passion to become a sports agent. I’ve been building 3D elite management for about two years and also, we provide financial education for free also. My goal is to help players on and off the field of their prospective sports.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a stressful, the reason it’s been that way because when creating a sports agency, it’s always good to build with a team. Also building connections within the industry

Since 2019, 3D Elite Management is a full-service agency dedicated to helping our clients reach their goals in their careers and in life. We have been providing professional sports and entertainment consulting services to clients from San Diego and beyond, from strategic planning to innovative solutions, our focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship. Our goal is to work with clients to help them create a customized plan of action in efforts to help them realize their goals and dreams. We selectively limit the number of clients We represent in order to provide each with the special one-on-one care and attention they deserve.

FINANCIAL LITERACY
We will provide financial literacy and education to our employees and our clients for free. Once a contract is signed, we will have them do a Free Financial Needs Analysis to figure out their expenses and their income. Once that is done, we will create a financial game plan for them and show them how to save money. This sets us apart because most agencies send their clients to a third party where they get charged for financial help and we don’t charge.

It’s always a risk when starting a new business especially becoming a sports agent and creating a sports and entertainment agency
