Inspiring Conversations with Tiffany Monique Gipson of Creative Designs by TG & Golden Lens Captures Photography

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Monique Gipson.

Hi Tiffany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Upon graduating from Skyline HS with high honors in 2003, I attended University of North Texas in Denton, TX to pursue my legal career. I was inspired to become a defense attorney at the time. I had obtained my Legal Assistant certification as well and began working within different legal entities (i.e., court reporting, litigation, George Allen Courthouse just to name a few) and for well over 10 years I always worked within the legal field. However, I also had a passion for designing graphics in my spare time.

What started out as a love of designing flyers for friends of my Momma (she was in ministry), eventually turned into my ultimate move into entrepreneurship. In 2012, I turned my passion into a hobby and founded Creative Designs by TG. It was a blessing to be able to take people’s vision and bring them to life! I expanded from flyers to logos, websites, banners and anything pertaining to marketing materials. We have the pleasure of serving over 100 clients from religious organizations and small business owners to corporations. This year we celebrated being in business for 10 years and I am extremely grateful that Covid-19 did not affect our business in any fashion!

As a matter of fact, I was blessed to be able to jumpstart my second business in 2020, Golden Lens Captures Photography. To see our client’s faces lit up during photoshoots is such a JOY! Capturing golden moments through lens is the greatest art of my life. These reflections make the greatest stories for a lifetime. Growing up, my Momma was big on having updated photos of our family, and those simple moments are rooted within me as an adult.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Absolutely not BUT it has been an adventurous road with the leading of God. I am a strong believer in allowing God to lead and direct my steps – especially when it comes to business. In business, there will always be highs and lows.

Constantly making a social presence can be time-consuming, but due to the society we live within it is a necessity to build an audience and obtain new clients. I created a system though that helps me stay on track!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
