Today we’d like to introduce you to Neetu Rishi.
The spark ignited a few years ago when besides having all the luxuries and comforts provided by her very supportive family, she could never meet up with her own expectations. She always failed to do what she desired to do which eventually made her hate herself. And after years of struggling with her self-pain, she realized that each human on earth is a beautiful creation of God and a limited edition. It’s just that each one should be ready to adopt the three-step formula of Self-acceptance, Self-love, and Self-learning.
By implementing this formula today, she has emerged as a Corporate Trainer, Public Speaker, Personality Development Coach, Model, Life Transformer, Mentor, Entrepreneur and a Navigator.
And then, she added a life mantra in her life: “Love the person in the mirror.”
Since then, it was no looking back and she strives to learn all the aspects of life which make a person truly happy. And her urge of helping people and doing something remarkable for the society inspired her to take this initiative of remodeling lives through her workshops and customized training using her personal life experiences and lessons learned from the failures.
And finally, she could earn the following accolades and adorn her cap which includes, Best Performance Award, Leadership Award, Innovation Award, Best Branch Manager Award, Best Speaker award at Toastmasters, first place award in “Humorous Speech Contest” and Best Motivational Coach Award. Her recent accomplishment was to be honored as “Mrs. Classic Well Spoken” title in Mrs. South Asia Beauty Pageant 2019.”
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
There is nothing called as a smooth road or an easy path. There is no escalator to success, we all have to take the stairs to keep progressing. It was pretty easy to enjoy a 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. job and a flashy paycheck, but at the same time, I knew that if I don’t build my dream, I will just keep helping others to build their dreams:
1. The first step was self-development and self-learning.
I cant teach time management if I myself can’t manage it. So, I invested my time and efforts in upgrading myself in all those areas of soft skills.
2. Now, was time to challenge myself and come out of the comfort zone, which was not easy though. I had to face failures, embarrassments, and criticism too. But my strong will power kept me going. I failed, but I tried again and again till I accomplished. I always reminded myself that Edison failed 10,000 times before he made the electric light, Never be discouraged with the failures.
3. I always had a long term and short term goals. It’s easy to start but it needs a lot of patience to sustain. So, I started celebrating all the small achievements and accomplishments which acted as a motivation tool for me.
4. Last but not least, I was always a dreamer because if we can dream it, we can do it. My visualizations started becoming a reality and I am here where I am today.
The advice that I would like to give anyone is a simple recipe for success which is as follows:
Step 1- Find your passion
Step 2- Pen down long term goals
Step 3- Break them into short term goals
Step 4- Practice them every day
Step 5- Review your progress
Step 6- Celebrate your accomplishments
Step 7- Learn from mistakes

What advice would you give to someone at the start of her career?
Through my experiences, failures, and lessons learned, I always suggest my simple recipe of success as I have mentioned earlier.
If someone consistently follows this, success is no more a dream.
