Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
A few years prior to getting into the acrylic signage industry, I had a hobby business where I etched actual handwriting on keychains and jewelry. I ended up stopping that business for a few years, and right before the holidays in 2020, I decided to sell the items I had left to clean out my closet. I have always been a sentimental person, and I remembered how much I loved being able to personalize gifts. Well, that was the start of what The Little Lamb Studio is today! I found a love of acrylic and started to design small items. Those small items turned into larger acrylic signs, QR codes, and so much more! When I joined Instagram, my business really took off, and I am incredibly lucky to have met some amazing vendors in the event industry that have really taught me the business. I would not be here today without all of my fabulous clients, and everyone I have met along the way!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Believe it or not, geometry is not my strong suite, and I use geometry with every single item I make. It was a struggle at first to understand all the angles, how to use calibers, and everything else geometry related, but I am lucky enough to have a husband who excels in that area. Within a couple of months, he was able to teach me how to use all the tools, measure angles, and everything else related to geometry I needed to know!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I take clients visions, business logos, and so much more and bring them to life! From weddings to events to businesses and more, I create custom acrylic signs for every industry. Everything we make is custom designed by me, and I use my laser to cut and engrave the acrylic to make pieces of art.
Our specialty are signs for weddings, business logos, and QR code signs.
