Today we’d like to introduce you to Patricia Santana De Moura.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My story is one of love, perseverance, courage, growth, strength, and purpose. I came from a really hard background with a lot of trauma. It’s been a beautiful and rewarding journey back home to myself. It’s been a long journey of self-healing and self-discovery with a lot of triumphs and breakthroughs. It’s my souls mission to heal others. That isn’t possible until I first heal myself. We can only meet others as deeply as we have met ourselves. I spent years transmuting energy by turning my pain into purpose, fear into love, and lack into abundance. There is hope and possibility of having a beautiful happy, healthy, abundant life filled with so much love and prosperity after trauma. The possibilities are limitless. I’m living proof of that. There is happiness after a lifetime of trauma. It’s our Divine birthright. We are not defined by our past. It is our responsibility to take charge of our own energy and destiny and heal ourselves. That’s the self-love journey. My spiritual transformation began five years ago. It was triggered by a devastating loss. A complete breakdown took place. I started losing pieces of my myself, coming apart and becoming undone as I lost my old identity completely. A shedding took place. That is the death process. I have been undergoing a radical transformation and transition ever since. The spiritual awakening process began immediately after. The death process was excruciating as the old version of myself started to die. The only me I have ever known. It was painful and confusing. This process is called the dark night of the soul. Death of the ego. Everything that wasn’t authentic to my soul was being removed to align me with my true nature. Love is our true nature. Fear is a conditioning and a programming. The ascension process out of fear and into Divine unconditional love has been lengthy one but so incredibly beautiful. I have risen like the Phoenix from the ashes reborn anew. This was a painful process of coming completely apart. Shedding layers and layers of my old identity took a very long time. I have been enjoying the journey and falling in love with myself more and more along the way. One of the greatest and important spiritual lessons I learned throughout this magical spiritual journey is patience and surrender. Patience is balance and alignment with the universe. Patience attracts in miracles. Every day I challenge myself more and more to release resistance and surrender control so I can flow and dance with life. Every day I surrender a little more. This truly is a life’s work. It’s ongoing and so extremely peaceful. It brings in such a comforting feeling of safety and inner peace when we choose to walk by faith. The process of letting go and detachment isn’t easy. When you learn that attachment is the source of all suffering it becomes easier and easier to let go and surrender. I accept what is, what comes, and what goes. The key is to release all expectations. I have complete trust and faith in the Divine in all aspects of my life. Every day I choose to stay in the vibration of love, happiness, and inner peace. I use mantras, chanting, journaling, affirmations, exercise, and I meditate every day. I ask myself “what would love do? How can I bring love into all situations? How can I see only love in everything and in everyone?” My intention every day is to remain in the vibration of love because love is the only truth. It is the highest vibration of all. Love is the greatest healer.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Not at all. There were many struggles and challenges along the way. The spiritual journey isn’t easy, it’s very challenging and hard. The healing journey is painful. When you choose peace out comes with a lot of goodbyes. The shedding process is painful. It truly does take perseverance and strength inner and outer to keep going. When you begin to wake up It can feel very lonely, confusing, and scary. Depending on where you are on your spiritual journey you may find yourself in a place that is outside of the cultural norms of your family or spiritual community. It may even seem as if very few people you know have a “spiritual life.” Or it may seem that no one around you holds the same level of interest in spirituality as you do. You may try to open up about it but you know who you are now becoming may not be accepted by those around you. Furthermore, when you open up about what you are going through others may think you are weird or even crazy. Even when people are trying to be supportive, they simply lack understanding of what you are going through, so they can’t relate to you. This can make conversations difficult. Also, for many of us deconstructing our faith is what starts the spiritual awakening journey… A lot of your core beliefs and values will shift. The beginning stages of seeking purpose and the meaning of life is challenging. When you spiritually awaken your entire point of view about life and the world shifts in a major way. You have now developed a sense of deep connection to the Divine in such a way that you now want to live a more purposeful life. Even though the desire is there, you might be stuck with the question, “Well now, how do I go about finding my purpose? Or, well what do I do now? The truth is there is nothing you need to do to find your purpose. Your purpose finds you. It’s whatever lights you up that you are passionate about. When we begin to awaken our purpose tends to revolve around being off service to others. What you are truly seeking to know is how can you live life with more intentionality and meaning. At the end of the day what you decide to pursue is up to you. This is where you get to use your divine creative power and explore all possibilities. Your purpose as divine holy and powerful beings walking this earth that is required of us is three simple things:
1-Live a morally conscious life
2-Extend compassion towards others
3- Walk in unity with God
Another challenging part of the awakening journey is coming face to face with your shadows. One thing that occurs naturally on your spiritual awakening journey is that you become more self-aware. Especially as you engage in meditation, prayer, and other spiritual practices. The more you tune inward the more all the areas of your life that need healing become illuminated. This is when such practices as inner child work or shadow work might be useful. Inner child work is the practice of looking back in time to pinpoint where in your life did you create any negative beliefs that are running programs in your thinking at the subconscious level. Then through the process of visualization or journaling, you give yourself the healing lessons your younger self needed. Shadow work is about exploring aspects of yourself that you aren’t fully aware of or choose to hide. The idea here is that you often repress the ugly sides of yourself, but in shadow work, you take these parts of yourself head-on by exploring them and integrating them into your whole being.
One thing I can tell you about this spiritual awakening journey is that there will be resistance… Resistance can often be experienced as fear. The degree of fear equates to the level of resistance. Therefore, the more fear you feel about a specific venture, the more certain you can be that the venture is important to your spiritual growth. That’s why you feel so much resistance. If it meant nothing to you, there’d be no resistance. Oftentimes as we are shifting into a new identity, transition into a new worldview, adopt a new philosophy, or go through any sort of major transformation we will experience the greatest amount of resistance. This is because our subconscious mind is now being tasked with adapting a new way of being that it is not used to. This shift requires a greater amount of mental energy. It is important to keep pushing through. Sometimes resistance comes from having the inner knowingness of what you’re supposed to do but anxiety pops up once you’ve made that first step. Sometimes this resistance comes from subconscious programming we received in childhood.
The spiritual journey is not a linear process. There are no specific steps or clear paths. It is about trusting the journey, trusting the call to go within, shedding the layers of the false self, and aligning your life with your most authentic self.
I look at challenges as an opportunity to grow.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Like I tell my children “I am a teacher of love.” I teach love. My clients would be able to answer this question better than I can but I will give it a shot. I am a light worker, a channel for Divine healing and a vessel of pure source energy. I’m a spiritual teacher, energy healer, and manifestation coach. My spiritual gifts have been activated when I experienced my kundalini awakening, which means I can offer energy healing services to my clients and loved ones. I have done reiki healing where I cleared and balanced out the energy centers also known as chakras for my clients and loved ones. I also use a divination tool such as oracle cards as well as tarot cards to tap into the energy of the collective and for each client. That’s one of the ways I know what we are working on healing within each session. I almost don’t need my cards anymore because my intuitive psychic abilities is becoming stronger. The more I heal and do the inner work the stronger my gifts gets. Also, more gifts unlocks, activates, and opens up. I enjoy using the cards. I like to call myself taropist. I specialize in trauma healing, inner child healing, self-love and self-worth healing journey, all types of transitions, abandonment wounds, spiritual awakening, spiritual transformation, grief counseling, manifestation coaching, life coaching, shadow work, dark night of the soul, death of the ego, alignment with purpose and love. I also specialize in soul mate and twin flame spiritual healing journey and any other love and relationship connections, to name a few. I cover it all. The Divine knows who to send to me for my style and type of healing services I provide. I wear many hats when it comes to my mission work. I’m here to serve God and the collective. To help in any way I can with the mass awakening and the ascension process of the planet now that we are in the Age of Aquarius. I’m going to answer this question with the same answer I gave in the last 2 interviews, what sets me apart from others is exactly what sets them apart from me. We are all gifted in different ways. Our abilities are special and unique to us. We all have our own blueprint and strengths that is important, significant, and very much needed to help us all reach the same goal. The goal is alignment with the vibration of love, peace, oneness, happiness, and our Divinity. The goal is to break free from the prison of our past and our minds, The goal is to ascend into our highest vibration and our higher self. To release fear and walk by faith. To feel ultimate peace and serenity as we journey through life. The goal is to heal and break free from the conditioning and programming and shed our false self. The goal is to come out of fear and align with the vibration of Love. Love is our true nature. That is our goal as light workers and healers. We are all walking each other home and healing together. That’s how I see it. That’s how it is within the community I created. I’m very proud of everyone in the community and I’m proud of the journey we have been on together. It’s a great honor to be a part of so many people’s healing journey. It’s something I treasure in the depths of my heart. It’s very dear to my heart and soul. The sacred bond and special connection I have with my soul family and my soul tribe means so much to me. I get emotional when I think about it and when I read everyone’s testimonials of how much they feel I contributed to their healing process and journey. I can’t put in words how much gratitude and overflow of love I feel in my heart for everyone. They have also contributed so much to my healing and my journey. I have learned so much from them. They inspire me to keep going. We have been on this beautiful journey together. I truly do love and appreciate my community and all of the light, love, and support they have shown me and given to me. I’m eternally grateful that they were there the entire time I was going through my dark night of the soul. I’m proud of them and I’m proud of how far we have come together since the beginning. We have been a strong support system for each other. I’m speaking off the collective, the beautiful and powerful spiritual community on my YouTube channel and Instagram page. People from all around the world who feel like home. My beautiful soul family, my soul tribe. I am eternally grateful for them.
How do you define success?
I’ve learned that success is an inside job. Success simply means achieving what you want. What YOU want. Success is simply being able to say in 10 years: I designed this life. I didn’t settle for it. I didn’t sacrifice. Success = financial stability + creative freedom + lifestyle design. Financial stability means having control over your time, workload, and income. It means you can sustainably earn the income you want without working more than you want. Creative freedom means working as much as you want, when you want, where you want, and with whom you want. Lifestyle design means arranging work around your lifestyle, not the other way around. It means being able to prioritize your family, your health, your hobbies and still deliver great work. Success is a process of 1000 steps. Those steps are not always in a straight line, not always predictable. Not always the best. Along the path to success are the moments of falling down. Failures can indeed be the stepping stones to success. It’s where we put our focus that counts. Are we going to focus more on the falling down, or on getting back up? To achieve success is to work through the fears of rejection, failure and perfectionism and truly accept and believe in yourself. May every time you stumble motivate you even more to keep going, and to try again. Practice, consistency, and discipline leads to success. Confidence is the key to success. Every time we face a fear that is something to celebrate. That is success. Celebrating every baby step forward. Achieving true happiness and inner peace is success. Success is stepping out of your comfort zone. Success is not giving up. Success is balance and alignment. Success is setting a goal and sticking to that goal no matter how hard and how long it takes to achieve it. Success is persevering. Success is having discipline, ambition, and dedication. Success is staying focused. Success is taking control of your life and your energy and loving yourself enough to remain committed to your goals and your dreams. Success is choosing to heal yourself and then taking the necessary steps towards it. Success is not selling out and settling for less than you deserve. Success is self-mastery. It is staying the course no matter what. Success is giving yourself the recognition that you deserve for your own hard work. It is simply celebrating every baby step forward. Success is knowing that you are good enough and giving yourself permission to make mistakes. Success is self-forgiveness and self-acceptance. Success is movement forward towards growth and evolution. Success is staying wide open to learning new things and expanding your consciousness. Success is allowing yourself to change your mind. Success is self-love. Success is growth. Growth is success.
