Alexa is a former broadcast journalist of 20 years. As WFAA-TV’s morning news anchor, Alexa had the privilege of being welcomed into thousands of homes across North Texas. With a big smile and her trademark cup of Joe, she loved getting folks up and at ’em’ every weekday morning on Daybreak for 15 wonderful years.
While Alexa rode the airwaves, Bradley and Brooks helped drive Dallas’s evolution into a thriving and progressive Metropolitan city. Lawyers by education and restaurateurs by passion, they are heavily invested in the city of Dallas. From their Lower Greenville Avenue law firm (Anderson & Anderson, LLP) to their award-winning restaurants and bars (Veritas Wine Room – Knox Henderson, Boulevardier – Bishop Arts District, Rapscallion – Lowest Greenville, and up and coming Hillside Tavern – Lakeside/East Dallas), they have earned a reputation for excellence and have gained an intimate knowledge into the character of Dallas’s distinct and charming neighborhoods.
Now they’ve joined forces and combined skills to expand into the residential real estate industry. With their collective legal wisdom, negotiating skills, and marketing experience, combined with Alexa’s background in TV, public speaking, and social media strategy, the Anderson Conomos Team is ready to kick ass on your behalf!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Like all entrepreneurs, we have faced many challenges: how to grow a successful business, how to develop a reputation based on trust and credibility amid widespread competition, and most importantly – how to balance family life with the demands of owning your own businesses. But we have always found the key to our continued success is perseverance. As our Dad always says, “You need to apply the seat of the pants to the seat of the chair and get to work.” And that’s what we do.

What sets us apart? Our diverse skill and personality set. Not many real estate agents are also lawyers – so the legal wisdom that Bradley and Brooks bring to every transaction is – as our clients will attest – of incredible additional value. On top of that – with her TV background, Alexa creates unique video vignette content to market your home and with her wide social media reach, she touches thousands of people. Our maternal grandmothers are our greatest inspiration. Bradley and Brooks’ feisty French grandmother “Ma” immigrated to the United States from Algiers and instilled in them her passion for food, culture, and family. Alexa’s beloved “Giagia” journeyed from a small village in Greece to America. And with her grit, perseverance, and unfailing work ethic, she endured incredible hardships to create a new life for her family. They have served as the ultimate example to follow.
