One-Shot Productions was started up by Andrew Nguyen and Jacob Tran. They’re a small duo specialized in photography and videography that is molded by creativity and innovation, where their passion lies in creating uniquely personal and emotion filled photos and videos. They work to understand who you are and how you see yourself. The name “One Shot” was inspired by the idea that in one shot could be remembered forever. “Sometimes, you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.”
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The biggest obstacle we are facing right now would be COVID, as many of the weddings we were supposed to shoot this year were postponed. However, for the few weddings, we have shot so far this year, we were able to beautifully capture their special day (with social distancing).

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
We find success for us is more of the journey rather than the destination. In the journey, we find ourselves growing and learning more about ourselves every step of the way. Even though the fame and money would be nice, at the end of the day, if we can keep continuing to put out content that we love while being happy, that is success to us.
