Meet Anthony Hayter

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Hayter.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I moved to Dallas in 2013 for a higher paying job, more opportunity and to see what I could achieve in the big city. I’m originally from Tyler, TX where my family and longtime friends still reside. When it comes to real estate, I’ve always had a passion for it but wasn’t quite sure if I was cut out for it. Even As a teenager, I would drive through the nicest parts of town to see the big, luxury houses and to think of ways I could not only change my life, but others as well.

Fast forward to 2021, in a pandemic, I decided to stop procrastinating and sign up for Real Estate School. I signed up the day before my birthday, which is Jan. 9th, and finished in less than 2 months. Once I got my license, I was ecstatic but since I have a wife and kid at home, I need to put this license to work immediately to keep food on table.

So these past few months has been nothing short of Blessed. I’ve helped a few people so far find an Apartments/homes, worked with a few investors to locate great AirBnB locations and educated others on how to build generation wealth through real estate and stock investing.

I am big on walking by faith and this real estate journey is a direct reflection of that. I’ve met some amazing people, learned a-lot and made some lifelong connections within just a short period of time. The brokerage I’m part of really feels like home. Monument Realty (Official partner of the Dallas Cowboys) is where I am learning how to be a great real estate professional.

So ill end with this, if you need a real estate agent to not only help you buy or sell real estate but to also educate you throughout the process then call/text or email me. I’m here to bring value that will last a lifetime. Have a blessed Day!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There are always going to be struggles but struggles help you grow. Without struggles, how would we know what we are truly capable of? This year I’m really learning to get uncomfortable because that reminds me that I’m growing. If I continued to do the same things over and over, I would never get different results.

So when it comes to faith, the biggest obstacle would be trusting God without seeing the full plan. I’m very detailed and I love to make daily plans, goals and how to achieve certain tasks but it’s hard to plan that out when it’s a brand new experience.

Being a real estate agent is very uncomfortable for a person like me who’s always had a good paying, salaried job but I’m grateful that I became one. Just knowing how many people I can help and how many lives I can change makes the incoming obstacles/challenges worth it. I will face the challenges head on in an effort to also help other agents not make the same mistakes I did.

Thankfully, Monument Realty and my real estate sphere is preparing me to face anything and everything that comes my way.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a licensed Real estate agent with Monument Realty in Frisco, TX. I help people find homes they love and educate them about home ownership, investing, building wealth and so much more.

I specialize in helping First time homebuyers. I truly feel there is a disconnect when it comes to home affordability. I know for me it was. That’s a big reason why I wanted to become a real estate professional.

I different from others because I love bringing value to others. I love seeing others win and achieve great things. I think with all thing things going on in the world today, people need someone they can trust to guide them from start to finish when it comes to home ownership.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
To never give up on myself. People can be discouraging when it comes to things they can’t achieve or things they fear but honestly I fell like the sky is the limit. No matter what challenges you endure, or obstacles you face, keep pushing forward. You will achieve great things if you simply believe in YOURSELF.
