Meet Audra Richardson of I Balance HER

Today we’d like to introduce you to Audra Richardson.

Hi Audra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started the journey of entrepreneurship over ten years ago with my first storefront business in Whitehouse TX. I would network and share information and my experience with women. I went from being a single mother of three to being a wife and mother of six children. Fast forward, my life changed drastically for the better for our family and businesses. In 2018, I launched my virtual consulting business it was initially called I influence HER. I started out as a certified life/transformational coach for women creating balance and productive personal life and business.

I also provided accountability sessions, face-to-face workshops, etc. I helped women in providing structure, prioritize their schedule, as well as encouraging them to create a well- balanced life. In January, before the pandemic I pivoted in my business and changed my name to I Balance HER. I am a Personal Productivity Strategist. I help affluent Superwomen shift from managed chaos to peaceful productivity and prioritize their mental load. As a result, our clients experience peaceful productivity, harmony and ways of reprieve from the chaos.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. My life and business have experienced highs and lows. Regardless, of what’s going on in my life I always fill myself up early in the morning and add value to someone for the day. My business is here to serve women that is looking for a solution. It was a struggle for me the first year that I recognize that every woman doesn’t want to prioritize or let go of the mental load that doesn’t belong to them. There are days that I want to help every woman. But I am called to help the women that is ready to shift into peaceful productivity and prioritize their mental load.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I am constantly reinvented myself in my personal life and business.

Success to me is that I accomplish every goal in my life. I will live a life of faith and abundance because it is my birthright.
