Today we’d like to introduce you to Ava Renae.
Hi Ava, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Being an only child and coming from a bi-ethnic family has shown me that no matter who you are or where you are from it is a matter of your character, attitude, and personality. I was fortunate enough to have parents but they were not always present in my life because they too were healing and were doing everything they could to survive, but I was truly blessed and highly favored to have the mentors and educators around me to learn. I am one of the most non-judgmental and open-minded individuals I do believe. As I was getting close to finishing my Associate’s Degree in Science, I realized that something was not right and it was the thought that having a degree ‘made me someone of intelligence’ or ‘worthy to be in the position of work’… I beg to differ. I went from being a National Honor Student with amazing grades to pushing and struggling for the bare minimum in my classes at college, I started college courses in high school my junior year but had to retake most classes. Unfortunately, my GPA went as low as 1.3 and I lost my scholarship along the way, “I will get my GPA to a standing 2.5 at least”, I told myself, and sure did. Now in good standing for the nursing program and can reapply for my scholarships if I were to choose that route and go back. God was telling me I needed a break. So, I put my education on pause at my university early 2021 and started myself education where I then joined John Casablanca Modeling School, became a Certified Life Coach, obtained 5 more CNA licenses, partnered with Radiancesportsfit as a brand ambassador and continued my trading journey in IM academies with like-minded individuals where I felt myself prosper the most. I felt lost at times and worthless because I was unsure what was next and was stuck in the dark but I felt my creative mind activating more than ever at this point in my life and was not sure what to do with the information and ideas. It felt hopeless at times, draining mentally and emotionally, ‘Was I ever going to see my mind come to fruition?”, I asked myself. At the end of 2021 I had to regroup and remember that no matter what is taken from me, I will always be in control of myself and have a free mind. I felt liberated more than anything… I could finally think for myself and that is where my entrepreneurial journey truly began. I was not sure what to label myself (Not a label fan) and struggled to find the answer when it finally clicked, Life Coach. I was able to find a general area of what I enjoyed doing, helping others expand consciousness, creating and building the financial freedom we deserve, and educating and sharing with others about world economics. Every day I day I can say I am not the same person I was an hour ago let alone a year ago and that is what I aspire to bring to others’ lives is growth and freedom, the ability to be themselves every moment without feeling obligated to others’ opinions and standing by the standard they hold over you.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been one of the roughest roads I have ever taken but would not trade it for a million dollars. I have been robbed blind, stabbed in my back by what I thought were ‘friends’, and taken for granted because of my vulnerability while healing. Mentally it has been the hardest challenge for myself because of my trauma and abuse of 12 years during my adolescent and teenage years but with time I have healed and become the woman I am today, happy and creating my true peace. I still have plenty to work on and am always open to learning what others have stored away, I truly believe that is the beauty of life, to learn from others and our atmosphere.

As a Life Coach I am able to help others where they may feel they are ‘lacking’ or ‘missing’ something in life, such as motivation for working out at the gym and just getting there or even an idea for what one may experience during a planet retrograde period and what to expect during the weeks ahead. Think of me as the bestest friend ever haha. I specialize in spirituality with astrology mainly but have other categories I am able to help in as well such as fitness, time management, business (teamwork, private, corporate), grievances, and a few more if needed. It all comes down to what the client is needing on their journey in life. The client/s and I will sit down with an initial consultation and discuss what they are wanting for themselves as far as future goals, retirement planning, health and body image, best initial move to make with contract, etc. Pricing can vary depending on the client’s budget and what they can afford but furthering business it is per hour sessions and I have an ‘I see’ session which is a 15-minute call, a quick get-to-the-point call to narrow down the thought running. Setting myself on a high pedestal here, I am one that listens and feels with the client rather than just hearing and talking with them. People want to be felt, seen, heard, remembered, and listened to. I want the client to remember who they are at a soul level and know that anything is possible with just a thought because thoughts turn to words which turn to actions and I will help in every way as the catalyst they need to get them there.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I want everyone to know that no matter the hardship or mental confusion you are facing right now to turn to faith, trust and hope within yourself. We as humans have all the answers, we truly need within us but are in what seems to be a facade of a world and nothing makes sense or feels real. I want you to know you are not alone and that it only ever gets better when you hit rock bottom. You have to have balance in life, an up and down, a negative and positive, a light and dark… so don’t just sit in the darkness, move around it and dance in it because it doesn’t last forever. Are you being human or just a human being? Believe that there is a way and make it happen, this is your world just as it is mine.
