Meet Dan Glaser of Dogs Mind Training

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dan Glaser.

Dan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I began by volunteering for a local rescue group and working at their adoption events. I regularly got complimented on how well I worked with dogs. Somebody recommended I try dog training. Well, I did need a job and I did love dogs, so I got a couple of clients and just a few years later I am working with dogs every day and have trained literally thousands of dogs. I am planning on traveling to personally train with Cesar Millan, The Dog Whisperer at his dog Psychology Center towards the end of the year.

Has it been a smooth road?
Besides getting bitten, there are not many struggles getting to spend your day with dogs all year around.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Dogs Mind Training – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Dog Mind Training comes to your home and works with behavioral issues such as jumping on guests, proper leash walking, separation anxiety and puppy behavior. Many of my clients give me updates on how well they are doing. Years ago, I was given the name “King of Dogs”. I am often compared to the famous Cesar Millan.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the Dallas is so diverse and so dog friendly. There are so many beautiful parks in dog friendly restaurants and events that make it easy to enjoy your city while spending time with your dog. There’s not a whole lot I dislike about Dallas, that’s why I’m here and that’s why I stay.
