Danielle, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Geaux Ellis Creations was created in March 2018. I’ve always loved creating items that appeal to a specific event or theme so I decided to start personalizing party favors for my son’s birthday parties and parties at school. That opened the door for so many other items that I knew how to create – t=shirts, business flyers, and even personalized cups. As I continue to grow my business, I add more products and services to offer to my clients.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Starting this business and maintaining has not been a smooth road. Trends are constantly changing and new trends are created, leaving business owners in this field to consistently try and stay one step ahead of the competition – or at the very least not be left behind. Business tends to fluctuate and as quickly as items are in high demand, they have the potential to decline as well.

Geaux Ellis Creations is a party and event promo business dedicated to delivering the highest quality of personalized items with imagination, creativity, and originality. To ensure clients are left with a lasting impression, we create fun t-shirts, party favors, party supplies, and marketing material to promote your business needs.
I am most proud that I started my business before I even had a real plan in place. It was what I loved doing and instead of waiting afraid, I jumped in and never looked back. I’ve learned so much and have been able to network with other business owners in a way that I’d never imagined. What sets me apart from other companies like mine is that I offer an array of services – my line is not limited to crafting only. I also offer personal delivery as an option for local clients as well as quick turn around times on marketing material.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t live by the idea of luck playing a factor in business – rather, I remain focused and strive to always go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. The objective is to create lasting memories that will influence the clients in returning as loyal customers with me.
