Darla, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I have been in the food business for over 25 years! We decided to open up On Top Of It Catering because of our passion for cooking and entertaining!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
After owning a catering company in another town, the process of opening was pretty simple! The most difficult thing has been letting everyone taste our food to see how good it is and getting our name out!!

We truly take each event and treat it like it is the only one in the world! We specialize in food…GOOD FOOD! I’m proud of our personalization to each person we serve! Our motto is “It’s not just food, it’s the experience!!”
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If we could start over, I’d be more prepared for how big we got so fast!!
