I have been an entrepreneur and a coach/teacher for decades, but two years ago I shifted to what I currently do. Having trained professional performers for years on how to engage with their audience and develop that “it-factor”, I have transferred the knowledge and expertise to coaching entrepreneurs to shine on camera for their social media videos (Facebook Live, Instagram Live/stories and YouTube), so that they too can gain higher engagement, thus grow their business exponentially through the internet.

Has it been a smooth road?
In business, it hasn’t been all smooth sailing. As with any business, I have had many challenges. For me, the one that stand out the most include that of clarifying my place in the marketplace, and figuring out specifically who will best be served by my services, but the biggest challenge has been within my mind and really getting out of the way of myself.
When you truly put yourself out there, it can be scary. It can be scary to be visible and position yourself as an expert, even when you have a vast amount of experience and knowledge within yourself. A sense of “imposter syndrome” can creep in and wreak havoc’ from within. Questions like, “What if they figure out that I don’t know what I don’t know?” “What if I don’t know as much as I think I know?” “What if I cannot help a certain person get the results they desire?” “Who am I to be doing what I am doing?” But per author/speaker, Marianne Williamson, “Who am I NOT to be doing what I am doing?!” In reality, this is just a bunch of made up junk created within the mind, but it can feel so real that it stimees your growth, expansion and influence in the world.
In the past, there have been periods where I found myself in what I call, self-inflicted confusion, where confused thoughts around what I was offering and how I was showing up in the world would throw me into a tailspin. This only paralyzed me and delayed me serving my clients and my success. When this happens, it is super important to become aware of it, make a choice to shift your thinking and get into action toward your dreams. You have been placed here for a reason and it is your responsibility to keep leaning in and making it happen. I have found that by simply looking at what the next best step is and then taking inspired ACTION is always the cure for many challenges in business as it clears up confusion, fills up your pipeline and develops your confidence.
I believe we are also often afraid of our greatness and, thus, keep ourselves small. Small in presence, small in boldness and small in action. Again, we can create whole scenarios to sabotage ourselves and become self-fulfilling prophecies that keep us small. It’s all about developing that unwavering confidence and belief in yourself, take that inspired action and step into being my favorite hashtags! #BeBold #BeBrave and #BeIconic!

I am Success and “It-Factor” Coach for Entrepreneurs & Rising Stars with high-level clients in the entrepreneurial/corporate world, HGTV, the NFL, American Idol, and more so to help expand them to their next level of success, impact and income. Each client is unique, so the services I offer are tailored specifically to each person’s needs, challenges and big goals. I primarily work one on one with them, either through 1 to 2 day intensives, and/or they have me on retainer for 3/6/12 months to help support them through their process of growth and opportunities that arise that they desire to step into.
I specialize in helping them:
1. get clear on and develop a deep confidence in their platform, message and personal brand

I draw from my international professional dancing and extensive research and experiences from my two Master degrees and almost PhD. in which I developed and taught theories of performing that took professional dancers to a much higher level of connection and engagement with their audiences. How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I believe the trend of developing a personal brand and video presence where you need to stand out is only going to grow and continue on an upward curve. All the social media platforms are heavily investing and pushing video as it is such a powerful tool (and it’s free!). The need to get good at it and to utilize it to expand your presence and business is limitless.
