Today we’d like to introduce you to Esther Paul.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Esther. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am an Entrepreneur, a Life Coach and an ordained Pastor in the DFW area. I am a mum of three beautiful girls. I am originally from Nigeria, West Africa and I grew up in a large family… 12 siblings. I encountered God at the age of 14 and began a personal walk with God. I went to the complete high school and college in Nigeria, West Africa.
In 2000, I relocated to Houston, Texas, got married in 2004, and had three beautiful daughters. In 2011, trouble finally hit the marriage after several years of emotional abuse and neglect. At that moment, it felt like a life drowning experience but I have always believed that every individual is powerful enough to become the best version of themselves. I rose out of the place of pain and shifted into a place of power and Peace. Looking back, I would not change my experience because it birthed an evolved version of who I became eventually. Today, I see every individual as a Powerful Possibility and that has been my message. Purpose comes out of the pressures of life.
My purpose is to impact as many as I come in contact with as I journey through life. A huge part of my purpose is to give back to the community, and I am currently doing this on the “GIVE A CHILD A SMILE” platform under Shiloh Worship Int’l Ministries. This project began in 2010 and the vision is to change the lives of children across the globe by providing food, clothing, and education. Since 2010 we have impacted several children’s lives in Africa and in the US and it gives me great joy to see the smile on the faces of those children.
In 2011, I thought of ways in which I can make a greater in back in the lives of mankind. I decided that degree psychology would definitely provide that added bonus and tools I need as a Pastor. In 2011 I began a master’s program in Counseling Psychology and graduated in February 2015 and 2019, I began a Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology with a completion date on 2023 at Walden University. At the moment, I’m working on completing my first book that is set to launch at the end of 2020.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth journey, but here I am at the movement makes every bump so worth it. One of the biggest challenges along the way has been the end of my marriage. It was difficult because, as a child of God, divorce was never an option for me but it happened. The transition was difficult but the Grace of God saw me through it all.
I was separated for six years and the divorce proceedings began when I was certain that was the direction things would be heading. His Grace kept me!

I am also the CEO of Bellaehi Enterprise, an IT and Finance Firm with our physical office in Irving Texas. Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I have several memories as a child. I grew up in a large family of 13 children, so there was never a dull moment. We were enough for a party, a sleepover and a playtime!
