Meet Gabriel Elias of Elias Roofing and Home Improvements

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabriel Elias.

Gabriel, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Elias Roofing and Home Improvements began after one of my older brothers decided to start his own company. My brother, Jose Elias was the most hardworking person I have ever met; and he founded this company 30 years ago.

After working in the community of Mesquite for quite a while, he realized that the people closest to him had a great need. People needed help maintaining and improving their homes. Jose realized he could be a trusting person everyone could afford. So, slowly, he found great associates to help him; and little by little, he was able to gain the trust and support of the community.

Fast forward 20 years and here I am taking over my brother’s dream. I am so proud to carry on with his legacy, and I look forward to continuing to grow what he started. Elias Roofing and Home Improvements is currently providing employment to over 20 families. Besides, we strive to give our customers a great remodeling experience.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The biggest struggle has been my brother Jose Elias’ passing, After years of working by his side, I learned to admire him and his tenacity. When my brother got sick, I could not face seeing such a strong person so vulnerable.

I understood then that what we do on this earth is worth more than an empty existence. I realize my brother was an important person for many and that he built Elias Roofing with a purpose. I want to continue with his legacy, providing the best roofing and remodeling service we can.

Please tell us about Elias Roofing and Home Improvements.
Elias Roofing and Home Improvements specialize in roofing and outdoor remodeling services. We provide a variety of services for indoor improvements as well. We do our jobs fast and clean, taking care of every house like it is our own. We are most proud of our expertise, quality, and competitive prices.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Having lots of family members always brings tons of adventures to your life. I have an extensive family that I am relatively close to. My childhood was full of hide and seek moments, “asados” and endless birthdays that finished up in sleepovers and sometimes 2 or 3 days of incessant playing. I have too many amazing memories from my childhood that keep me positive and hopeful.
