Meet Haile Cloutier

Today we’d like to introduce you to Haile Cloutier.

Hi Haile, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Moving so much as a kid I had to learn to be a social butterfly because I was always starting over. Once we landed in Dallas I was ready to plant my feet at start building up my businesses. I also cheered on a competition team for a long time and ended up at CA Plano (#1 gym in the world)! Once I was done with the cheering part of my life I built a social media following which followed with brand deals, more modeling, and building a swimsuit company! After I was done and sold my swimsuit company, I got into real estate and have been building that business into the empire it is today!

While doing that I decided to compete to become Teen Texas Petite which I won and headed to Nationals! During that experience I got to be on covers of magazines, meet talented people, do music videos and meet who is now my manager for singing! That career is now taking off!

While this may all seem like I did a lot, I went after my dreams and passions and turned it all into businesses that I love today and will continue to do!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, with any good business comes struggles and hurdles which you have to jump to become successful (someone once told me). Building up a business is time consuming and hard work, but it is all worth it in the end. It is a passion of mine to build businesses and I don’t think I will ever stop! The other struggle is scheduling my time around everything I can do and knowing that I would have to sacrifice time with friends to be able to reach my goals for the future!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
So I currently do a few things; Real Estate as an individual agent, sing, and building up another company!

Real Estate: I got into the business to help people find their dream homes because it was my adult dream when I was a kid! I also love walking through houses and making connections with people! Buying a house is the biggest purchase you’ll make in your life and I wanted to help people make that purchase!

Singing: I wanted to go after my dreams and this is something I have been working for my entire life! I am so grateful to have to opportunity in front of me! I believe that you should always go after my dreams and not let it slip away.

Building another company: that is just a story for another time!!!

I am most proud of myself because I have always continued to go after my dreams!

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I view risk taking not as something that is supposed to be scary but I view risk taking as the wall you have to break to get one step closer to your dreams and goals in life. I am about to move out by myself for the first time to a completely different state away from my family. I have been told it is time to cut anything that feels like a safety net and go for what I want to do. I know life is way too short to sit in a safety net of what is comfortable because you never know when your last day is and I want to be able to look back and say “I went after my dreams, I did everything I could to try and get there, I have completed so much in life and there are things that people could pick up of mine and take it a step further!

Being an agent, a beauty queen, an entrepreneur, and even a singer is full people saying “no” , “you cant do this” , “you aren’t smart enough” , “you aren’t pretty enough” and so many more things but we have to take the risks and keep on going because what if the people who invented cars, electronics, etc stopped when they were told “no” all those times? We would be stuck and not growing in the world! That is how I view risk taking, keep on going!
