Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan Sanchez and Rafael Saldivar.
Juan and Rafael, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
It has always been a huge goal of mine to run my own company. I began doing small favors for family and friends for events they were having, that’s where it began. So as I began to take trainings here in the US and many in Mexico and balloon décor became my passion. Through family, friends, and word of mouth my business grew and it grew fast. Three years later my partner and I, Rafael, now run 2-3 teams throughout the DFW area. Balloons are fun and the WOW of the party and it makes us happy to see our client’s face when they see our finished products. We are so excited to be steadily growing clients in DFW. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Every business I believe faces different challenges for different things. In our experience making sure that we please every single customer in every single way is what we strive to do. It’s a challenge but it’s also what makes us so different from every other business that is in our area.

Globos Pinatas y Mas has been serving the Dallas Fort Worth area for the last three years with the most up to date balloon decorations and more. We have taken the latest and up to date trainings and certifications to help us provide the very best quality of service and products. We work with some of the best clients DFW has to offer. While we work each event, rather it be the smallest or the biggest we doing it with the same amount of passion. We accommodate several cities surrounding DFW that most companies won’t go and we make sure to go out of the way to make it over the top for each client. We do proper preparations throughout the week to properly prepare for each event and have dedicated employees that offer very transparent communication to all clients.
Every year during Christmas time we head to Monterrey and Globos Pinatas y mas gives back to the children in need. This is such a big part of why I do what I do because knowing that I can change one of their lives by bringing new shoes, clothes, and daily necessities that we sometimes can take for granted really makes me so happy.
What were you like growing up?
I grew up in a huge city in Mexico called Monterrey. Coming from a separated household priorities were always focused on working and continuing education, not a whole lot of time for fun and play. I dreamed of coming to the United States and had dreamed big about all the opportunities that would be possible, the American dream as cheesy as that sounds. Then my dream came true during my 20’s when my family was able to get residency in the United States. I was determined at that point that I would eventually make it as a business owner.
