Meet Justin Mirche of Creative Credit Solutions – “The Credit Restoration Experts” in Forney

Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Mirche.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I always knew that I had a passion for complex problem solving as well as, all things relating to finance, but actually reaching my goal of obtaining a BA in Finance was something that happened a bit later in my career journey. After years of actively working as a broker, and then as a software industry professional, I knew that my path was guiding me to a role that was more greatly focused on providing a service to help others reach major goals in their lives.

Interestingly I had always been known as the “Credit Guy” in my sphere and had been working to resolve credit issues of friends and family for over a decade. I just didn’t know that it would eventually allow me to create a business that would combine everything I had a talent for and also enjoyed doing. Once I decided that this was indeed the clear path for me, I took a full year to really dive into research and to gain all of the knowledge that I knew would be the building blocks of what could potentially be my new company. Those early days produced a lot of pro bono work! But for me, not only was that time in my career a tremendously valuable learning experience, it also opened many new and impactful doors that I will always be grateful for.

In that moment, I was well aware that I was at a crossroads in my career. During that time, I was being actively recruited by Hewlett-Packard, additionally the software company I was working for was getting sold to a private equity firm. I weighed the pros and cons for a while, probably longer than I should have as I like to analyze all possible outcomes! Then after many sleepless nights and counsel with my loving wife, I got all financial aspects in place and went for it. The business that would allow me to mix my desire to serve with a passion for finance was finally becoming a reality.

Has it been a smooth road?
I would have to say that beyond any other aspect of cultivating my new company, the negative perception of all credit restoration businesses as a whole, has been the toughest part to overcome. There is a stereotype in place that creates a certain image of what a credit restoration company is. We are very much not the “typical” credit restoration company. I believe that our clients know how important it is for us to truly connect with them, understand their specific challenges, keep them in the loop throughout the entire process, and know how much we want to see them reach their goals. Those are some of the main things that set us apart in our industry.

It’s very important to me that our clients know that the bedrock of Creative Credit Solutions is one of integrity, transparency and effective communication. Our industry may not necessarily be viewed as having those values, and some of our clients and partners have worked with other companies who didn’t place priority on those service pieces, but we are dedicated every single day to providing a personalized (non-automated) service that creates an experience filled with respect.

Additionally, I think that our constant quest to always stay up to date on new information and expand our scope of knowledge in an ever-evolving industry, are points that our clients and partners appreciate.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Creative Credit Solutions – “The Credit Restoration Experts” story. Tell us more about the business.
We have the incredible opportunity to work mostly within the real estate industry. It’s fast-paced but it’s also very exciting and rewarding. We work with some pretty amazing lenders and realtors on a daily basis in moving toward getting clients qualified for new homes in sometimes quite challenging credit situations. Our goal is to restructure debt, help resolve debt-to-income issues, establish or re-establish credit, work in partnership clients to remove negative credit pieces when those items don’t meet the requirements laid out by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and also help extinguish debt by working out the best possible scenarios with the client.

We also have the privilege of actively supporting our local real estate community via strong marketing partnerships. We’re heavily affiliated with MetroTex and CCAR, and we’re licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a provider of continuing education courses for realtors. We are always in the process of developing and teaching curriculum that provides realtors the ongoing credit needed as they maintain their licenses. And we gladly help support Home Buying seminars all over the DFW area.

I definitely view our business in a consultative way, and as a true collaboration with clients and real estate industry pros. It’s a highly productive relationship which we are all invested in, and it provides for a space of mutual support and results.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Credit restoration services are needed now more than ever. Lending requirements have gotten stricter after the meltdown of 2008 and many people have the goal to purchase a new home, they just need an effective route to a second chance. We provide tools to make homeownership more than just a dream for many. Whether it is working with a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned buyer that’s trying to increase their score to get a better rate, Creative Credit Solutions has a personalized plan to help them get to where they want to be.

The housing market in the foreseeable future for the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex will continue to be strong. We have many people moving here from all over the country which is a great thing for the area. This also provides a wide array of new opportunities for both home buyers and sellers. We’re here to serve them in the best way possible to get them into their dream homes.
