Kapil, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Intelegain evolved in early 2000 out of the need to create a profit centre from a fledgling startup in the financial space. It took a few years to find our feet. Post a few failures and learnings along the way, the tech company began to stand up on its feet and develop custom software products for start-up and medium sized businesses.
Along the way, the team built in processes and standards that helped drive growth and delivery for clients worldwide. Intelegain thrived working with start-ups and grew along with them. We added new feathers to our wings in terms of our experience in servicing different business verticals and also increased our horizontals by adding new tech capabilities creating an array of services from tech consulting, app development, cloud enablement services, enterprise services and custom product development.
We expanded operations in several countries while having our dev centre in Mumbai to help clients derive the benefit of cost competitiveness and yet maintaining quality deliverables.
Intelegain has an active presence in Dallas to reach out to its clients and prospects.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No journey is ever smooth. There are challenges and bumps along the way. You need to ensure you’re grit and your desire to succeed overcomes every eventuality.
Challenges is a more appropriate word.
Intelegain Technologies – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Intelegain is a technology and innovation company. We specialize in development custom software. This includes development software products/applications on mobile/web for clients based on a broad business idea, or developing a software solution that solves a pain area for any business.
Intelegain is a software solution provider. We work with clients right from ideation stage of their application/product to realization of the product. The product could be anything from an e-commerce platform to a POS (Point of Sale) application or an HRMS System, Fleet Management System, Stock Trading Application, CRM Applications and many more.
Intelegain also being a Microsoft Gold Partner provides Cloud enablement Solutions and Licensing Solutions including solutions on MS Dynamics and Sharepoint.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is a process. In the industry that we operate in, we believe success is when you manage client expectations. It is about effectively managing the blend of satisfying expectations of your clients, stakeholders and employees of the company.
