So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Elite Fleet Party Buses has humble beginnings as a father son joint venture. The first bus was purchased at auction in 2016 and it originally functioned as an airport shuttle bus. My dad made the purchase with the idea of remodeling the bus and transforming it into the ultimate party machine on wheels. What gave him the idea, I really don’t know. But, I have to say he absolutely hit it out of the park. My favorite part of the business is watching people’s reactions as they step on the bus for the first time. Our customers are consistently impressed and often shocked when seeing just how nice a party bus can be. The bus was not originally purchased with the idea in mind of forming a party bus company. However, it quickly turned into that. I was living in Florida at the time finishing up Grad school, planning on moving back to Dallas upon graduation. My dad kept me updated throughout the bus remodel and had booked several proms via craigslist by this time. We both realized this had a real shot of being a profitable business. So, we decided to take a leap. My dad would deal with the bus maintenance side and I would deal with the marketing side of the business. We have since acquired a Hummer Limo and in the process of purchasing our second bus. We have been in business less than a year now but have steadily built a comfortable customer base. We look forward to the continued growth of Elite Fleet Party Buses, and are glad to serve the DFW metroplex!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been mostly smooth sailing to this point in time. The only incident which comes to mind is having our bus rear ended at low speed. Fortunately, no-one was injured. I do anticipate to have some growing pains as we expand over the next few years, but nothing we can’t learn and grow from.

I have to give most of the credit to my dad. He has been my mentor as far back as my memory will take me. He has the ultimate entrepreneurial spirit and is not scared to take a chance on a dream. Without him, this business wouldn’t be alive today. My friend Andre has also played a crucial role in this process. He has extensive experience in the party bus/limo business and has never hesitated to offer a word of advice.
