Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle Sommers.
Hi Kyle, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I developed a passion for fitness after struggling with my weight and the resulting difficulties. Growing up, I made unhealthy choices, and by age 18, I weighed 260 pounds. I was miserable, depressed, and had no idea how to change. I resorted to extreme measures like starvation, binge eating, and purging, ultimately leading to a diagnosis of Bulimia Nervosa.
Initially, I was in denial but soon realized that my destructive behaviors would continue to damage my body and mind unless I took action. I immersed myself in learning about health, fitness, nutrition, and mental health, devouring every book I could find. I began exercising and experimenting with different techniques and training programs, learning through trial and error how to train my body to look, feel, and perform at its best.
It wasn’t an overnight process. I’ve had my share of failures, modifications, and hard work to get to where I am today. But along the way, I gained valuable insights into health, fitness, and, most importantly, myself. I learned that discipline is tough, but being unhappy with your choices is even harder. I also discovered that exercise and clean eating can be challenging, but the rewards for your mind and body are worth it.
My experiences ignited a passion for fitness within me, and I now strive to share my knowledge and experience with others. I aim to help people understand health and fitness by removing stigmas, exaggerations, lies, and distractions from the industry.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In terms of struggles, there have definitely been a few bumps in the road. But honestly, I’ve found that every challenge has been an opportunity for growth and learning. For example, one of the biggest difficulties I faced was finding the right balance between my work and personal life. When you’re starting a new business, it can be easy to become consumed by it and forget about everything else. But I’ve learned that taking breaks and making time for myself is essential for my mental and physical health, as well as the success of the business.
Another challenge has been building up a customer base from scratch. It can take time and effort to get your name out there and start attracting new clients. But I’ve found that by focusing on providing high-quality service and building strong relationships with my customers, word of mouth has been a powerful tool in helping my business grow.
Overall, despite the challenges, I wouldn’t change a thing. Starting a new business independently has allowed me to pursue my passion and create something that truly reflects who I am and what I stand for. And I hope that by sharing my experiences, I can inspire others to take the leap and follow their dreams, no matter how daunting it may seem at first.

My business is all about personal training, and I specialize in providing private, semi-private, and online coaching to help people achieve their fitness goals. I take a highly personalized approach with each and every client, taking into account their unique needs, fitness level, and lifestyle to create a customized training plan that will help them reach their goals efficiently and effectively.
One thing that sets my business apart from others is my focus on creating a supportive and empowering environment for my clients. I truly believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their fitness goals, and I am here to provide the guidance, motivation, and accountability that they need to make it happen.
I am most proud of the strong relationships that I have built with my clients over the years. It is incredibly rewarding to see them make progress and achieve their goals, and I am grateful to have been a part of their journey.
