Today we’d like to introduce you to Lisa Melo.
Lisa, before we jump into specific questions about the business why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started in hospitality and transitioned to the office environment. Administrative assistant, receptionist and worked my way up in sales with a startup company. I simultaneously worked in several marketing events in Texas to support territory account managers in different sectors. I developed an interest in technology, software, and wireless selling enterprise network hardware. Network architecture was beyond my understanding at the time. I related to the end-user and developed relationships with managed service providers. Thus began the turnkey solution. I had the ability to aide as a direct point of contact during the required touchpoints for handoffs and customer success.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Product Knowledge became overwhelming. I hit roadblocks stacking diverse partnerships and offerings.
We’d love to hear more about the business.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I always signed up for everything. I looked forward to a change in routine. The library had a kid’s book club, the grocery store hired vendor product samplers, the community center had volunteer days and special events. I’ve always been outgoing, socially curious, and spontaneous. My interests changed from signing up for everything to connecting with c level executives and taking part in their projects.
