Meet Madalyn Scipione

Today we’d like to introduce you to Madalyn Scipione.

Hi Madalyn, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I started out in corporate America in 1999 where I got a front-row seat to the world of sales and hustle culture. By 2005, I knew I had to make a shift.

I felt this pull that I was meant to do something more. I had always loved spirituality and personal growth since I was a child, so I decided to tap into that love which led me to applying for massage therapy school.

There, I was allowed to dig deeper and build the foundation of my spiritual beliefs. After I completed school, I opened my own massage therapy business and started my journey as an entrepreneur.

Then life happened.

After a few years of this work, I decided to sell my business to stay home with my incredible son with special needs. I knew being with him in the early years of his life was what I truly needed to do, so I stepped away from the business I loved, but I didn’t step away from my journey of personal development.

In these years with my son, I continued to put in the work to heal from childhood trauma and focused on becoming a fuller person.

Once my son started school, I found my way back to the grind of corporate America. Things this time were different though. I wasn’t the same person as when I started years ago and my knowledge from my previous business and my own personal journey made me realize over time that I needed to make another shift.

I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and holding on to so much anger that I wasn’t showing up for the people in my life the way I knew I should.

I knew I could become a better adult.

That’s when I decided to seek out a coach. A friend of mine had mentioned she was working with a life coach and I could see the positive shift in her entire being. With a little research on my own, I chose to dive into the world of hypnotherapy and was floored by what I experienced. It was like a fog being lifted after a very long, drawn-out storm.

Almost immediately I realized this was what I wanted for other people. This was what I wanted to give to others. I was going to be a coach.

Now I get to help incredible humans heal from trauma, cultivate deeper relationships, and be better adults. Everyone deserves to move through life with the tools to shift limiting beliefs so that you can become the person you were always meant to be. I know what that takes because I’ve been there too.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Life has not been a smooth road for sure. Only now, am I realizing how my childhood traumas have impacted my adult life more than I really understood. Those experiences have provided a deep connection with my clients as I help them process similar experiences. As a parent, I have also struggled to learn to navigate my son’s autism diagnosis while guiding him to be the man he wants to become.

The truth is all of us are limitless, we just need to connect within to discover who we truly are!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a multi-certified coach working with clients to unlock the limiting beliefs that are holding them back from reaching their most authentic and full self. We explore tools proven to help people move through life more confident and motivated than ever before. Using Rapid Transformational Therapy(R) as well as mindset work, my clients experience breakthroughs they never thought possible by uncovering the hidden roadblocks that have kept them from reaching their desired potential.

I specialize in working with women and young adults (16-24).

I am most proud of the outcomes my clients’ experience, which come in a variety of forms. The results come from the journey of making connections to experiences, emotions, and thoughts in order to reshape one’s future self.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
If it was not for my dearest friend of 20 years, I would not even be a Life Coach! Her experience working with a life Coach was so amazing, I jumped all in!!

I am beyond grateful for my husband and my two kiddos. They supported me while I was working full-time, finishing my certifications, and building my coaching business. They are my biggest cheerleaders! I am also so thankful as I have had many inspirational mentors like Tracy Litt of the Litt Factor. She is a huge part of my shift, growth, and expansion as I am certified with Tracy Litt’s Mind Magic program; as well as Marisa Peer who created Rapid Transformational Therapy.

I have cultivated one of the most beautiful support systems through my friends, family, and coaching world family and it is what helps to keep me focused on my path of growing, evolving, and expanding.
