Meet Miranda Hogue of Rogers Healy and Associates in Knox-Henderson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Miranda Hogue.

Miranda, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My passion for Real Estate began at an early age. In fact, right after high school, I was inspired by my grandfather and my mother to get my license. As a third generation Realtor®, I am proud to continue a legacy of serving others during what is typically one of the most important steps in their lives. I enjoy pouring my energy, enthusiasm, and expertise into achieving the housing needs and dreams of every individual and family I serve.

Has it been a smooth road?
I’m sure you’ve heard this a thousand times, but nothing worth having comes easy. There is a lot of grit and determination when it comes to being an entrepreneur. Building a business from the ground up is made up of struggles. You learn from your mistakes and mistakes are what shape you and mold you to become BETTER than you ever were before. Struggles are what makes success taste that much sweeter.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Rogers Healy and Associates – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
Rogers Healy and Associates has many resources that include award-winning marketing programs, a global relocation division reaching for both buyers and sellers, national & international. RHA has seamless technology to help clients easily move from the concept of buying/selling their home to a successful closing.

I have built my brand upon my Instagram handle, Moving with Miranda. As a Millennial, I find myself striving to get the older generations to trust me, and meeting the younger generation where they’re at. In my business, it all starts with helping my friends lease an apartment, help them gain wisdom about purchasing a home, and then helping them every step along the way towards buying a place of their own.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Being born and raised in Dallas, TX I am a little bias. Dallas Fort-Worth is such a diverse melting pot of people traveling from all over the world and that’s what makes it so vibrant. DFW is a central hub for people from California-New York. From the delicious tex-mex, rodeos and nightlife, international flights, and Friday night lights, it has a little bit of it all!
