Meet Noosha of Makeup Addicts Rejoice

Today we’d like to introduce you to Noosha.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started my beauty blogging journey shortly after giving birth to my first-born. After having a baby your body doesn’t always look the same. For me, clothes didn’t fit right and my feet even grew a size. I turned to makeup. I started watching tutorials on YouTube and was instantly fascinated with the artistic side of makeup. I started sharing reviews of products I was trying on my personal Instagram account and soon after decided to create a dedicated page for everything beauty and Makeup Addicts Rejoice was born. I’ve become part of the amazing beauty community on Instagram and am so incredibly grateful for all the friendships created.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. The most prominent struggle most all Instagram bloggers are facing at the moment is the Instagram algorithm change. Gaining exposure has become much more difficult. Aside from that, I am a work at home mom (I also do medical billing for several optometry offices nationwide) of two small boys so juggling my schedule and keeping up with Makeup Addicts Rejoice is a daily challenge.

Please tell us about Makeup Addicts Rejoice.
Makeup Addicts Rejoice is a place for makeup lovers to learn about hot new upcoming products, see swatches of different products such as lipsticks, eyeshadows, etc., read reviews and learn how to apply makeup. Basically, everything beauty and makeup related. I’m proud of how far MAR has come in a short amount of time. My goal is to inspire people and build relationships. What sets us apart is this goal and reminding people that makeup is just for fun. At the end of the day true beauty comes from within.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I grew up in SoCal so my fondest memory is of our Sunday visits to the beach with family and friends where we would spend the whole day BBQing, rolling around in the grass, and playing in the sand.
