Meet Stacey Bullman of I’M NOT MAD AT YOU in South Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Bullman.

Stacey, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
As the Founder and Chief Belief Officer, of I’M NOT MAD AT YOU, I have experienced success and failure in both my personal and professional career and my experiences have taught me two very important components to success.

Number 1) Nothing is more important than a “BELIEF” mindset. Once you believe, plans and strategies can be put in place to accomplish almost anything. Number 2) For every success I’ve experienced in life, I have had a parent, coach, mentor or teacher provide a supportive yet demanding environment to foster my growth. Offering support when my BELIEF waivered.

Professionally, I spent 25 years buying, selling, distributing and marketing consumer products across every retail channel imaginable. I represented companies, the likes of, M&M Mars, Reckitt Benckiser, and Wyeth, managing sales for powerhouse brands like Advil, Excedrin, Lysol, Pedigree, and many more.

I have led large operational sales teams, and in total, I’ve been responsible for managing over 2,000 individuals in my career. Throughout my career, motivating people, helping others achieve goals, and seeing the satisfaction that provides, has been my greatest achievement. That is why in July 2017 I started I’M NOT MAD AT YOU, LLC a consulting firm that makes people and companies better.

Personally, I experienced success early on with athletics. I parlayed my athletic skills into a full tennis scholarship at The University of Oklahoma, where I was the Freshmen Student-Athlete of the year and won a Conference Championship. Upon turning 40, I decided to begin marathon training.

As of today, I have completed three marathons and ten half marathons. I’m an avid golfer, and I love Spinning class at The Ride House!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t say it’s been a smooth road, but I don’t believe the path to success is smooth or easy. You have to go down many paths and often the first, second, or even tenth attempt is not correct. But most importantly you don’t give up.

You keep trying a different path until you get where you need to be. I would also remind people that It’s important to stay open-minded and flexible to change as you move along in your journey.

I’M NOT MAD AT YOU – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I’M NOT MAD AT YOU is a business consulting firm offering clients a hybrid approach that includes traditional business consulting as well as coaching to optimize the organization’s overall performance. We also work with our clients throughout the process to ensure execution. But what really makes us unique is our W.A.T. assessment tool or Wheels Assessment Training method.

This customized tool can be used to assess most anything within a company and offer focused solutions that translate into results. I’M NOT MAD AT YOU facilitates the development to bring about changes that make employers, employees and the company better.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I can honestly say every day is my proudest moment since I started I’M NOT MAD AT YOU. I am humbled and grateful that companies and individuals allow me to part of their journey to being “better”!
