Clear Comfort’s improves upon chlorine and salt sanitation systems, allowing homeowners to avoid the irritations and health hazards of swimming in chlorinated water. Both residential and commercial pools and spas can have clean, clear water that’s kind to skin, eyes and lungs.
Today, they have customers in 48 states and provide solutions for recreational water from spas to waterparks. Their customers today include homeowners, professional athletes, hotels, universities, municipal pools, YMCAs and more.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Clear Comfort is transforming an industry – that for decades – has relied on traditional pool chemicals to sanitize and clean pool water. By encouraging everything from spas to waterparks to reduce chemical use – Clear Comfort has used third-party case studies to educate industry professionals and pool owners on the transformational way to keep pools safe, healthy and clean.

Clear Comfort’s mission is to offer an enjoyable, healthy swimming experience by minimizing chlorine use in pools, spas and waterparks. We like to say we are successful when people Swim Happy. Our patented water treatment technology allows residential pools to be chlorine-free and commercial pools can reduce up to 50 percent of chlorine use, while complying with local and national health codes.
Clear Comfort is most proud of our contributions to the swimming pool industry as evidenced by the comments received from our customers. Whether they are professional athletes or children pretending to win an Olympic medal, we hear our customers’ stories of swimming without the irritation from salt and chlorine systems.
As a result, in 2017, Clear Comfort was named a Top 50 Pool, Spa Product by the readers of Pool & Spa News and a top 25 Most Valuable Product by the readers of Aquatics International.
