Small Business of the Day: Conversations with Sherelle Reed of Find Your Resilience

Today’s Small Business of the Day features an interview with Sherelle Reed. Please find our conversation below.

We’re thrilled to have the chance to ask you some fun questions today, but before we get started, can you introduce Find Your Resilience Inc to our readers.
I am the Founder/Visionary of a 501c3 Non-profit organization called Find Your Resilience Inc. This organization empowers and encourages women and girls with programming that helps them to learn from the past, live today, and pursue their purpose. We create experiences for women that encourage them through real-life testimonies. We present an all-inclusive environment, and the women feel valued due to the impact their real stories make. Our Doll program is a mentorship program for young ladies ages 11-18. We infuse fun with impactful discussions to foster a positive mentality in the lives of our Dolls.

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned building your business that you can share with those just starting out in their entrepreneurial journey?
Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart! Being an entrepreneur is the hardest job you will ever have because you have to consider and implement EVERYTHING!!! Your success begins and ends with you and the processes and products you have to offer. Here’s the good news! While entrepreneurship is the hardest job you will have, it is also the most rewarding!

Alright, before we go, let’s do a quick lightning round.
