The owners are two LSU grads that met in college and moved to Dallas after graduation. They missed the food from Louisiana and started cooking Cajun food at home and started watching the Great Food Truck Race on TV and mentioned that Dallas really needed a Cajun Food Truck. After that moment, they had their truck rolling the streets within 4 months.  They named the company CajunTailgators for our love of LSU tailgates!

4. Tutta’s Pizza

Cheers to the stunning Celina Moya

Tutta’s [pronounced too-tahs] was started out of the idea that two extraordinary people could toss aside all normal conventions and create something bold and wonderful to share with the world. That idea was to combine gourmet pizzas, great live music, and a vibrant fun scene for all to enjoy. They specialize in gourmet pizzas that are made fresh to order, using only the finest ingredients and making everything from scratch — even their dough! That’s right, the dough is made fresh daily, it is NEVER frozen!
